Attention to the breakfast offerings could be improved to have more variety for the warm food. Service from the pool bar could be improved - for example, missed opportunity to not go around taking orders around the pools.

Our room was upgraded to a suite upon arrival without is having to ask, which was greatly appreciated. The room felt new and fresh and the cleaning each day was amazing - everything was re-stocked consistently including pool towels which was perfect. The pools were very clean and well maintained and having the option of two adult pools was a bonus.

Not the friendliest staff, we didn’t get much of a welcome or a thank you when we checked in and out - the reception staff are helpful and friendly enough but nothing near what we have experienced in other Greek accomodation.

The pool facilities and rooms are very spacious, clean and well kept.

Most comfortable beds, cleanliness and daily change of bed sheets and towels. The staff was truly attentive and caring of details. My sister and I are vegan, so they provided us with breakfast options daily. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a superior room facing the pool, and that made our experience 100x better! I’m so grateful for the wonderful Greek hospitality.

Amazing stay at Orama - thank you to Thanos & all of the waiting staff for making our stay so special. The hotel is wonderfully clean, modern and beautiful. A short walk to the centre in the evenings.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We got given a free upgrade upon arrival to a suite: the room was really nice and comfortable with a large bed. Wine and fruit was provided as a welcome gift. Water is delivered daily. The pool areas are fantastic and there’s plenty of beds for everyone. Staff are friendly, breakfast was plentiful and drinks reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Walking distance to Fira is only 7 minutes.

Most of the staff were great, there were just a couple that were less helpful.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Everything feels brand new and very clean. Our family suite gave us the perfect set up with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shallow children’s pool was brilliant so the children can be safe and have fun for hours. The hotel location is ideal and just a short walk into Fira, even for little legs. We booked a sunset catamaran trip through the hotel which was one of the best activities we’ve ever done, I would highly recommend.

My bed was really bad and uncomfortable The third morning my back was so painful I asked to change the mattress but I really had to push and ask 3 times They changed it and it was great The staff at the reception is not so nice as you can find in the hotel Almost rude dress code is not chic

It was on a very busy road. To walk into Fira you have to try get over the road and it is a bit dangerous. Also I didn’t like how there wasn’t a separate bathroom within the room. There was just a door with the toilet and a door with the shower but the sink was out in the room didn’t feel very private

The food and drink was terrific. Great pool area.

Stayed at Orama for 4 nights and had booked a superior double room but were delighted when we arrived to be told we had been upgraded. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is only about 10 minutes walk into fira’s city centre. An extra bonus was the included buffet breakfast, that it was great . The staff were very helpful and pleasent and always smiling. Great facilities , three swimming pools ,one for kids. I would definitely return to Orama!

the friendliness of the staff, the service, the pools, the drinks, the food - everything was spot on and exceeded our expectations. What a lovely hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Orama!
