We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

South AfricaThe shower leaked excessively into the bathroom leaving the floor completely wet. And the bed (mattress) was abit too soft for us. These issues might just be specific for our room.
Location - was walking distance to attractions in Naoussa. All the staff were exceptional and helpful. They arranged restaurants reservations, as well as give us recommendations of where to go and what to do. Breakfast was excellent.

AustraliaThe only issues we had were well covered by the team at Opal! Small quality of life issues were outweighed by the service and attentiveness of the team and beautiful surrounds.
We loved the new and sleek and fresh feel of the place. a great spot just outside of the main town in Naousa, the balcony sea views were lovely along with the fittings and details of the accomodation. A great stay, comfort and quality. Breakky was good too! What stood out by far was the service. The opal team is super friendly and engaging and helpful in every way. they helped us with some issues and made up for any issues or inconveniencea caused which was really lovely.

IsraelThe only thing we would say is that the walls are a bit thin, so you hear a bit of noise from the rooms next door.
We were 2 friends staying in the hotel and we had the best experience! The most amazing crew! Everyone in the hotel was so nice and helpful. from helping us with transport to giving us a list of recommendations to beaches and restaurants. The room was beautiful with an amazing view. It had everything you would need. The location was 2 minutes from the beach and 7 minutes to the city. Really the best place you can stay in paros!

Great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and presents a modern and well-kept space. Although the common areas are not very large, they are very well laid out, making the space cosy and welcoming. In terms of location, the hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Naoussa (5-10 minutes), where you can find shops and restaurants. For those who want to explore the island, you can easily hire an ATV or a scooter and get around. All in all, it was a great and very good surprise and we would gladly return.

GreeceSome of my friend's rooms were a bit on the small side and the showeres in those rooms needed a door so the water doesn't spray to the rest of the bathroom. Otherwise it was clean and modern.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.. I stayed in the suite and the room was spacious as well as the bathroom.
