The hotel is clean and new, the breakfast rich of fresh ingredients but what makes the difference is the staff, those people are absolutely gorgeous, they know how to deal with hosts, angels on heart!!! Maria at the reception il gave us so many recommendations, she made our trip marvellous, she is a great professional which combines work and put herself in everything she does, thank you Maria, you are the best! ❤️

The breakfast coffee choice is limited, I guess it’s made from powder with water. We had to pay extra to have a cappuccino which is more expensive than a bar within walking distance. Would be nice if they provide a coffee machine or make coffee for guests. After all we paid for our breakfast.

The staff were amazing! Especially Denisa and Maria, our receptionists. They were smiling, welcoming and considerate. (Our experience in Athens was not like this) We arrived knowing not much about Santorini and they gave us a pro recommendation for all the things we can do here. They can also rent cars(at a cheaper price than airport) and book cruise for you. They prepared a surprise honeymoon cake I asked for which was absolutely delicious and pretty. They even gifted us a bottle of Greek white wine and upgraded our room. Thanks! You can feel they had a good training and their goal is to make you feel at home and enjoy your holiday with no worries. A good service is why onyx have a good review and stand out from surrounding fierce competition. As for the hotel itself. It is in the middle of the island, close to Fira and 20 mins drive to Oia. The room was cleaned everyday, bed was comfortable. Many choices for breakfast. Pool was pretty with progressing depth.

Honestly, nothing.

We recently stayed at Onyx Suites in Santorini and had an amazing experience. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and close to the airport, making it super convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice mix of local and regular foods. The best part was the staff, they were incredibly kind and truly embodied hospitality. They helped us rent a car, gave us tons of great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and were always there when we needed them. This family-run hotel is a must-visit for anyone traveling to Santorini! Tom

Amazing staff, Maria was always extremely helpful and kind as well as the rest of the staff. The room was exceptional, as well as the view from our hot tub. We stayed in 4 places on our greece trip and Onyx by far had the best breakfast. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Groceries and restaurants were a short walk or even shorter drive into town.

The location. Although it wasnt bad, it was not super close to one of the main villages of Santorini (Fira, Oia, etc) it was like 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes walk to Fira. A taxi cost 15 euros each time to Fira.

Beautiful property with a great backdrop of Fira and the sea from the balcony. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good. They gave us a complimentary white wine bottle as well. The staff (especially Denisa) were super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect Very spacious and very clean room, The pool area it was amazing and the breakfast was very nice too The hotel it’s brand new it’s on the middle of the island so you can go everywhere between 5-15 minutes by car!!!

We loved that it was just as described on the website. Huge thanks to Tamta who provided us with lots of recommendations of places to eat and places to visit on the island. We had such a relaxed and action packed 5 days. Konstantina as well was a great assist in the lead up to our arrival. Both are huge assets to the hotel! Breakfast was brilliant, the room and hot tub was just a beautiful addition!

Design if hôtel and rooms-very nice. All rooms face the pool in the center with breakfast/bar building. View of ocean. Tina and Tamta could not have been more helpful with arrangements for drivers, holing our bags til flight time. Really Excellent service.

Nothing to complain about. It is not located in the center of all the tourist attractions but not far away by taxi and less expensive.

The staff was so warm and friendly. The room was thoroughly cleaned every morning. We loved hot tubbing on our balcony every evening and enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine! The staff was super helpful in arranging our taxis and the sunset cruise we took. Pool was nice and I love that the hotel is small so it was not overly crowded. Complimentary breakfast was delicious as well.

The pool was a little cold.

Excellent contemporary property around 25-30 min walk from Fira and around 10 minute drive from the airport. Tamta and the rest of the staff are super helpful and friendly, recommending/booking restaurants/taxis/trips. The property is very clean, with good-sized rooms and minimal design. Chilled vibe around the pool with plenty of sun loungers always available. The hot tub on the roof was great. Would recommend 100%.

I love everything especially the receptionist both Tamta and Konstatina.. Tamta was so friendly and very attentive to our needs.. She even arranged another bed for me because I have slip disc which made my stay in Santorini very enjoyable since I was able to sleep well. We have been traveling to many countries and I can say that Tamta is one of the best receptionist we ever had. We felt as if we are not tourist because of the hospitality experience we got. Margarita on the other hand who is making sure that we have a very good breakfast was so accomodating. The suits are extremely spacious,what you see on the photos are what you get. I highly recommend this to everyone. And I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future..
