Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaNo Caldera view or swimming pool. I'd recommend the travelers to get these two if you are only going to visit Santorini once in lifetime.
Excellent location. Very good access to night life, restaurants, tours and Bus station. The host lady was very soft-spoken, had good information to share with us and very courteous. Provided good explanation and suggestions. She even helped with the baggage!

CanadaGreat location, close to the bus stand and main square with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store close by. Short walk to 3 bells of Fira. Alkyoni at reception had lots of helpful information, was very kind, prompt with communication, and very accommodating. No problem to store luggage before check in. Car transportation was well arranged for us with no problems. Appreciated the complimentary juice and water. Room was nice and clean, a bit smaller than I expected and the hot water took some time to start. Other than that, everything was wonderful, would recommend!

United StatesI can't think of a single bad thing. Instant coffee was provided in the room with a kettle and we also had a hot plate for cooking.
The proprietor of the venue was very helpful. She helped arrange transfer from the ferry and gave us a map with several tips for places to eat and shop. We visited several islands as well as Athens on our trip, and this place was by far the best in all areas. The location was very convenient. Close to transit, restaurants and shopping. The rooms were VERY clean and well-appointed. The windows had shutters so you could let in light or completely black it out at night. The patios were spacious and chic. I would definitely stay here again.

CanadaThe only complaint I have is the safe box was not mounted in the wall. I did not leave my passport or cash in the room because of this.
Location of the property is a 5 min walk from the Fira bus station. It was central to many restaurants and stores. The receptionist was kind and courteous she was extremely helpful in setting up transfers or any other needs you may have. Good Wifi, very clean rooms and beds are very comfortable.
