Matheo was very nice and met us to give us the keys and helped to bring our luggages to our room 😊. He also was quick to respond to our messages and was always super helpful! The view was stunning and the breakfast was delicious. Would strongly recommend staying here!

we had a long few days travel and once at the room did not want to leave. had to go down lots of big steps to get to then back up to go anywhere. No bottled water in the room and no local information or list of any menus for food or drink delivery. language barrier was tricky with staff but they tried.

the views and the cave style room was amazing. we didnt wanna leave the room to explore

The facility is wonderful for an authentic Greek experience. The terrace is large, private and hosts stunning views. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom has a lovely spacious shower. There’s a hot tub in a cave that is perfect to relax in after walking all day. Breakfast was delivered each day by a catering company and you just have to remember to order the night before. Matheo was fantastic. Anytime we had a question he answered immediately. Check in and check out was a breeze and I loved that they carried your bags for you. And then there is location, location, location. Short walks to everything in Oia. I don’t think you can do much better

The street cats roaming around everywhere sometimes bothered us. I know that is uncontrollable for the host, it's the problem of entire Greece . Also the breakfast could have been better if there were more options or a bit customizable.

Overall privacy compared to nearby other properties.And the hospitality offered by the host was matchable.

It is easy to reach from the main street. The view is very nice for the sunrise. The suite is pretty and comfy, the bath is amazing 🤩 everything is fairly new and good.

The room was clean, beautifully decorated and very relaxing. It exceeded our expectations. The pool connected to the room is unlike anything I have seen. We had someone specifically designated to help us throughout our stay, his name was Mateo. He was very helpful and had the room fully set up for our arrival. He walked us to our room and showed us around. He went above and beyond by booking us dinner reservations, and ordering us our transport to the airport. He went as far as to wait for the transport to arrive before he departed. The customer service at this location is impeccable. I would highly recommend this stay.

it can be difficult trying to walk around the town at sunset time as there are so many tourists around but that’s not to do with this property specifically, its just how it is if you stay in Oia

The location is beautiful, the room is beautiful, the balcony is nice and big, plenty of room for the location.

The room was very bright when the lights are out ,due to the safety light but I’m not sure anything could be done about this for obvious reasons

Where to start?! Mateo was amazing , super friendly and was always available to help any time . He helped us with dining recommendations, taxis , arranged our breakfast delivery to our room every day! Even with our bags up the steps after we had checked out! The suite is gorgeous and was everything we needed for our few days stay including coffee machine, fridge and snacks! Also of course , the view is incredible! We had loungers and an umbrella to sit and admire it and our own jacuzzi! !

Room was only cleaned 1 out 4 nights. Breakfast is very basic and you don't get much else. We stayed at similar priced places in Santorini that had superior value for food and amenities, for this it's hard to give a score higher than 7

View is stunning. Room is in great condition and spacious. Matteo is incredibly hard working and does his best. But he needs more help and cleaning staff
