Our stay at MelivOia was excellent. Andrea was so kind to meet us at the property to hand us the key and he contacted us before to plan it ahead. He also gave us a lot of tips about what to do in the city and made himself available during our stay for any question that we had. The property is super new and clean. The tub is amazing and relaxing. Staying there after a long day of walking and sightseeing was simply perfect. I would recommend it 100% and will stay there when we come back to Santorini for sure.

Sadly the pool wasn't heated enough to enjoy in the evenings but it was explained that it isn't possible in the colder months. This wouldn't be an issue the rest of the year :)

Location is great, a quieter street away from the bustle but also within shooting distance of everything you need. House was perfect, a small kitchen with enough to cook at home, comfy bed, modern bathroom, shower, aircon and tv etc. Nice, quieter beaches a couple mins drive away and Oia is also a short drive. Andreas was a great host who welcomed us and was always available and very helpful.

I can’t think of anything. In fact (and this is another positive), the owner/ host, Andreas, is amazing too. Contact with him is swift, professional but at the same time he makes you feel as if you are his personal guest. My husband and I felt genuinely welcome.

This is the perfect house if you are looking for proximity to Oia but with an abundance of privacy and luxury in one of the most authentic landscapes on Santorini, namely in the middle of a vineyard. You can watch the sun rising and setting from your jacuzzi while enjoying all comforts and amenities the house has to offer, like an excellent shower, great bed, upstairs balcony, compact kitchen, etc.

We traveled all over Europe for two weeks and this was by far our favorite place that we stayed! The host, Andreas was the absolute best. He was soo helpful and gave us the kind of individual service and experience that we would never get from a hotel. Andreas went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!

Everything was amazing.

At first it felt remote coming from a city lifestyle, but it's so close to OIA and felt so safe. You are able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the property, in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. There is black sand beach only minutes away, highly recommend. Andreas checks in daily, couldn't do more to be helpful, provides recommendations for places to visit and explore. Property was spot less, WiFi worked fine, all the basic necessities are provided for. Couldn't ask for me.

Really hard to think of anything, it was perfect

Location - was close to Oia but not crazy close so you get the peace and tranquility of the scenery (surrounded by vines and mountains in the backdrop) Facilities - such a cute apartment with a great little pool, balcony and much more (perfect for our little family). The sunset from the balcony was top notch Staff - we were so looked after with guide and tips of where to park, beaches etc. plus access to ask for anything we needed… also unexpectedly had daily cleaning service where she lived super close by (such a nice treat for an apartment)

Best Choice - this accomodation made our Trip so wonderful! :) The Accomodation ist great located - with bus 5 min to Oia, with Scooter under 7 minutes. The house is new, clean, modern, and has such a good vibe! The Hot-Tube is perfect for relax after a trip day. The Owner Andreas was such a help from the beginning - he helped us with our wishes, with shuttle, with rent of scooter and gave us great tips - what to do and what we should visit. Such a friendly and great service! Thanks a lot again. Also the cleaning lady was very friendly the whole stay. We dont have one point what we would change. We will for sure come back!

Everything was great

We were very warmly welcomed by the host. He recommended us some sights on the island. The house looks exactly as on the photos. Very nice, modern and especially clean. Every day the house is cleaned, the towels changed and even the dishes were washed. Such a great service is very rare. We had a very relaxing week. The house is located a little outside in a quiet location. No tourism in the near. The whirlpool from the house is great and the sun shines all day while you relax in the whirlpool. Highly recommended!

Quiet location near Oia, next to vineyards. A beautiful loft apartment newly built and freshly designed. It was thoroughly cleaned and all amenities were restocked everyday. The host was very polite, helpful and responsive on the spot. Overall an excellent service.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like or would change about this property.

We were warmly welcomed by Andrea’s at 1am due to a delayed flight he was very accommodating and always had a smile on his face , he left us a bottle of local wine in the fridge which was a nice treat . As soon as we arrived it was like paradise the property was immaculate, modern, clean in great location easy accessible to all tourist attractions but in a quite tranquil location away from crowds. To our surprise which we weren’t expecting which was definitely a bonus, the house was cleaned on daily bases, beds made and fresh towels absolute bliss. Andreas also helped out make the most of our stay by sending us recommendations and useful locations such as parking etc. The property had so much to offer a top balcony, bottom terrace with a private jacuzzi. We will highly recommended this property to anyone. And we will be back .
