From the communication before we arrived, to the very end, Mary and Mario were absolutely fabulous. The room and view were fabulous. We wish we could stay with them for a year.

Location to the blue domes, modern amenities, service and fantastic staff. From the sweet wine upon arrival to assistance with bags and navigating the location, I cannot say enough. Most locations in Oia require standing in line for the views of the blue domes but here all you need to do is open your window.

This was probably one of the most incredible properties I have ever stayed at in my life and I have traveled all over. The location was the shining part- and I mean million dollar views- until we experienced the amazing service of the hotel’s owners and staff. We were in such good hands! They were so accommodating, kind and immediately attentive to any need we had. Our room was beyond amazing. It had every modern amenity to make our vacation seamless and was spotless clean to the last detail. I read a review before booking that said- just close your eyes and book it and I have to reiterate that sentiment. Many places on Santorini island- but you hit the jackpot with this one. Just close your eyes and book it. You will not regret.

There is a open window (aperture) between the ensuite and bedroom. I went with my sister so the constant danger for crossing personal boundaries was constant.

Along with the great view of the domes you are going to get a lot of tourist in the area. At times a small number will attempt to come past the ropes and gates to take pictures. Also you’ll need to swim through the crowd to get to and from the main walkway. We were likely on 1,000 photos as we sat outside. If you don’t turn around you’ll never see them. We knew what we were getting when we booked here, but just be aware. We didn’t hesitate to tell those who encroached into private areas that they were in a private area and nearly all knew it and left.

Location was fantastic for a view of the iconic blue domes. We could almost literally reach out and touch one less than 8 feet away. Having a private balcony with umbrella was a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the view. Room and bed were very comfortable. They even provided a little bottle of wine to enjoy along with a Nespresso machine. Marios who greeted us and took our bags to the room was fantastic during the entire visit. Mary the owner was very responsive and welcoming.

The most Amazing cave hotel ever it took my breath away. It’s so close It felt like I could touch the blue domes! Everywhere was spotless and the staff extremely friendly couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The view is truly amazing. Being able to enjoy the amazing view for majority of the time without queuing behind long line of people is priceless. The room is nicely designed and comfortable. Room is being cleaned daily inside /out. Mary the owner is very accommodating and quick to response to our questions. All the stuffs we met are very kind and friendly. This is one of the best memories we have in a hotel and surely highly recommend to fellow travelers.

Great and fantastic place with best view and service. If u go to Oia, just book it, u wont regret it! Host and team are very nice and helpful. Airlines lost my luggages host assit to contact airport and luckily I found it back. Breakfast is provided at a wonderful nice Restaurant with a great view. It cost EUR20 if u go by self. I would definately live here and recommend everybody who visites oia live here.

Bang on location, right behind the iconic the blue domes of Santorini. The place was spacious with a private balcony and hot tub in the room I stayed and had everything I needed. The host and staff were extreme friendly and accommodative of my requests. They also had provided a local wine for tasting, some cookies and a stocked refrigerator.

Whoever says money can't buy happiness hasn't discovered Oia Spirit Boutique Residences. This is probably the best hidden gem in Santorini, set right next to the blue domes. One of the blue domes was on our balcony ! Mary helped us with answering all the queries, and the hotel staff Mario was there from early morning till late at night, helping us with the bags, restaurant suggestions, and refilling the lovely wine if Santorini that they make locally. Will definitely visit again.

My partner and I had such an amazing stay at Spirit Oia, after being recommended by a friend, it didn’t disappoint. The night before checking in, my fiancé proposed and upon arrival at spirit oia, our room was decorated beautifully. It was such a kind gesture. Location: as advised in other reviews, it’s hard to get better! The two bed suite is such a idilic location as you are right on top of the infamous Oia blue domes, including a hot tub with more privacy. Communication: We were met by a lovely gentleman who took our bags to the room and helped us with absolutely everything we needed throughout our stay. Assistance was available 24/7. Everything was amazing and it was our favourite stay on the island. We 100% recommend Spirit Oia!

The pool inside the rooms could have a jacuzzi option and definitely hot water in this weather. This is just a suggestion not something that we did not like

Oia is beautiful and this hotel was so stunning 🤩 The rooms were all white and dreamy.. The staff right from our porter Mario to the contact person Mary made our visit very comfortable and special.. They helped us throughout our trip with restaurant recommendations and absolutely any other request we had for them.

Great to have breakfast included, however they get it from a local cafe which means it was often cold by the time it got to the room. Communication could be a bit better. Good to have the WhatsApp number to connect with the property manager however she was a bit slow to reply (e.g. we asked for help with transport to the airport, didn’t hear back so booked elsewhere and when we told them this they said they had already booked for us - would have been good if that was communicated.)

A special birthday week in Santorini. We booked 2 nights in Oia Spirit Residence. It was beyond our expectations right from the first. Porters met us at the bus station and lifted our luggage-less than 5 minutes walk! But the help was much appreciated! The facilities were exactly as advertised. In fact, the pictures do not do it justice! Wine and complimentary cookies, yoghurt, bottles of water, and fresh orange juice were in the fridge! The outdoor jacuzzi and the view were incredible! Didn't want to leave! Mary was a joy to deal with and so helpful! The instructions via WhatsApp were perfect, and she went to great lengths to help us with arrangements. Breakfast had to be ordered before 8pm and arrived at requested times! The privacy, views, and staff were exceptional! Thank you for the experience and holiday of a lifetime!
