No cleaning service during stay, not once. Dusty road to get to property, car gets dirty. No view from bed (it's up on a mesannine level)

I didn’t like the shower as kept having to put switch on in hall in order to have a hot shower .

It was lovely and clean . Dimitri and Maria were very friendly,welcoming and accommodating . Dimitri had lots of recommendations and answered all my What’s App texts promptly and very politely . He never made me feel like I was bothering him too much no matter the time of day .

Excellent hospitality by hosts they really went above and beyond. The setting was perfect outside of the busy crowded areas. The private pool and villa were exceptional. Its rare you will find another place this good.

Great location 7 minutes from Oía by car and other beautiful places. Dimitri gave us all the information about Oía: restaurants, parking, supermarkets, etc.

We stayed between 18 and 23 of August. The villa and the set up is exactly as shown in the pictures. So no surprises. The villa looks new with attention to details. The outside area is even better with the private pool. We found the location great since it is very quiet and at the same time close to Oia. Of course you need a car or bike to get to Oia. However what stands out is the amazing welcoming by Dimitris and Maria. People of unique quality and always willing to give the best in order to make sure that our stay will be as ideal as possible. If you want to experience the real Cyclades experience along with the Greek genuine hospitality, this is the place to be. Thank you Dimitri and Maria for reminding us the essence of Greek hospitality and meraki.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The hosts were so welcoming and gave as information on beaches, restaurants and sites to visit. They also helped us with arranging excursions . The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful even though its close to busy Oia. Views were also amazing.

Nothing as far as we were concerned

The property was luxury (as stated), the pool was lovely, stunning views & everything kept well maintained & clean. Hosts were wonderful. Met us at 1am to hand over keys & give me his number. Next morning I had a message with a lists of places to visit, restaurants & car parks etc all with links to Google maps so made it very easy. Anything I needed I just text him & he answered immediately. Gave some good honest advice. Lovely people who made you feel so welcome. Luxury Villa owned & run by a lovely local couple. Couldn't ask for more. Villa was beautiful but Dimitris & Maria made our stay so much better. Thank you

I celebrated my vacation here with my family. The villa is excellent and fully equipped. The location of the villa was perfect for us: nicely secluded and quiet, yet within five minutes we could be walking around the busy streets of Oia. The host and hostess were amazing; we could approach them with any questions, and they really went out of their way to find answers if they didn't know something. It was a fantastic stay!

We were allowed to check-in early. Dmitri welcomed us at the property and gave us a tour. Dmitri and Maria are both very friendly, engaging, quick to reply with great recommendations. This was a memorable trip, which even made it more special because of the beautiful, private villa, the pool, the ambiance, the hosts. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. The host are really nice. The house has everything we needed, it is close to the shops and the city center. Very quiet.

Breakfast was "OK" but not on par with the rest of the facilities. Bed and sheets could have been more comfortable but were also "ok"

Very personal approach by hosts Dimitris and Maria. Very nice people and we were personally welcomed. The villa is brand new , airconditioned and contruction is made in great detail. Privacy is great. Having breakfast on the terrace under the Greek Sun and after that dive in that swimming pool is just amazing. Also kids loved it. Quiet area only 5 min drive from Oia . For this budget you would only have a tiny room in Oia while here you have a very spacious villa. Amazing stay!!

There was nothing i didnt like

The price of the villa was way cheaper than what it was worth.I have nothing to say we are in love with this place and will definitely visit again.If u have to book somewhere to stay it would be this place for sureee.It was a beautiful villa super clean which was really important to me modern and well designed.Hosts were amazing and reallyyy helpful and also the villa is like 3 minutes away from Oia and 15-20 to Fira and we didnt have to carry all our luggage around the stairs of fira and Oia and still got to see everything and enjoy everything.Book here and u will be 100% satisfied.

My only comment is no hairdryer.

The Villa is away from over crowded areas. Oia and Fira can be reached short minutes by car, taxi or cab. It can be walked too. Our private pool is just few steps in our Villa. It is clean, and spacious, with kitchen, kettle and coffee machine, cooker and fridge. The bathroom have a crispy towels n toiletries. Demetri and Maria are very welcoming and accommodating. Definetely there will be a second time or more.

Nothing! everything was just perfect.

Dimitri and Maria were very nice and friendly, very accommodating and explained us all the things and even gave us recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. The villa is very neat and clean and the private pool is superb! Location is perfect away from the noise and crowd. very tranquil. We really loved and enjoyed our stay in our private villa. Highly recommended!

The water of the pool. Its ice cold. 🥺 We didnt enjoy the pool much. How I wish its a heated pool or the water is atleast warm but overall the villa is perfect.
