Everything was perfect: location, staff, amenities, room! There was a lovely balcony and rooftop terrace, breakfast was local and delicious. Perfect place to stay in Chania center! We hope to come back to Off hotel again soon :)

I stayed in the room outside the main property Room was a bit noisy ( no isolation with the ceiling on top and external areas) and you could hear the outside noise Room was a bit smelly due to humidity

Room was not part of the main hotel, just a around the corner above a store. Was not a problem but also was not disclosed ahead of time.

We felt warmly welcomed and all staff were smiling and helpful. A lovely breakfast for all tastes - including freshly squeezed orange juice, cereals, freshly made pancakes, eggs on request, etc plus some yummy traditional Greek items. The room was delightful and suited the old town vibe perfectly. Location was excellent.

Room was squeaky clean. The high ceiling increases space a lot compared to a standard hotel room. So while we were three adults in the room, we felt we had ample space. Breakfast had a variety of offerings and all were fresh and tasty. Good range of options for gluten/lactose-intolerant people. Decaf coffee also available. Location was perfect. While the streets around the hotel are beautiful and lively the room windows shut all the noise out when closed. So don't worry about that. Maria and Aristea at reception gave us some tips for the trip. I.e. Where to go and what to see. We followed their advice and we are very happy we did so.

Great breakfast in the morning WOW. Courtyard bedroom was perfect, very spacious and a great AC that work well. It wasn't noisy at all and was perfect for our little 1 night layover. Staff were super friendly.

Loved the location right in the old part of town 100 meters away from the free public parking which meant walking suitcases to our accommodation was a breeze, our room (ground floor opening into court yard), the very friendly and helpful staff

Thank you for amazing hospitality and care to all team. The staff were fabulous and very kind. The breakfast was unbelievable- fresh and local produce. The location was very close and safe to walk around. The staff go above and beyond- especially thanks to Aristea for organising everything for us.

The location was fantastic not right in the hustle but definitely close enough to get some peace but only minutes walk from the center. Parking close too! Breakfast was very good too.

I just wish it was a little more clear that you can’t drive up to the hotel and I wish they had carts you could use to transport luggage from parking lot to hotel

I loved how cute this hotel is! There are TWO terrace area to sit and relax. The rooftop is beautiful! I enjoyed coming here and watching the port while journaling and reading. The room was very clean. The location was fantastic! Very walkable and central to everything. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The staff was so helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. They answered all of our questions and made sure we felt at home. I really loved this cute hotel. It wasn't fancy. The rooms were very basic. It was very quaint and cute.
