Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GreeceIt is a hotel that has been operating since June 2023 and consists of 6 luxury apartments. Location: All the apartments are underground and are located under the building of the Social Security Organization (EFKA) on the provincial road between Fira and the port. Apartment description: Each apartment consists of a space with a living room and a kitchen, as well as a bedroom, all fully equipped. We liked that the shower was in a different area from the wc and that the sink was also in a different area. The furniture was new and the rooms were fully equipped, with pool towels, body towels, face towels, Apivita shampoo-shower-body cream, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, large TV with Netflix, electric curtains, air conditioning, many electrical outlets and hidden lighting. The rooms were absolutely quiet and you couldn't even hear the cars passing by on the main road. Description of apartment exteriors: But the most impressive was the outdoor individual pool of each room! The pools are quite big and deep and you really will spend your whole day there! Very rarely will you find such large private pools in a hotel. Inside each pool there is a double wooden sunbed and in the private yard of each apartment around the pool there is a table with chairs and an umbrella with poufs. Between the pools there are tall plants and there is absolute discretion between the apartments. The entire yard is surrounded by gray tiles that dry very quickly and do not slip. Description of common areas: The parking lot is above the rooms and is quite large. The reception is in the middle, between rooms 3 and 4 and there is also the kitchen of the hotel. Breakfast: You fill in a form every day where you choose what breakfast you want and the time you want it. The options are many and include coffee or tea, natural orange juice, milk with cereals, chocolate or butter croissants, honey, jam and any type of eggs, such as fried, scrabbled, etc.

United StatesBasically we enjoyed the location, staff, and facilities completely.
This is an owner hands on managed hotel and so everyone goes the extra mile and in particular the owner manager Yannis is very, very dedicated to making our stay a pleasant one. He is also very keen on helping you out and so one feels comfortable to ask him anything which he invites you to do and means it, he is there for you. All staff were very pleasant and serving and dedicated to a pleasant stay. A full service, fine selection, pre-ordered tasty breakfast is prepared and brought to your room daily - a great start to your day and this proves a particularly fine touch in accommodations. The location is just perfect to see the more interesting sites in Santorini. The hotel is quite new and offers a very comforting concept and private pool serves well on hotter days. The room offered a full service suite of equipment plus it is comfortably spacious. we could enjoy food and beverage on site with equipment to service a meal available in the room. Value for money in Santorini is certainly found at this location.

United StatesEverything at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Yannis was our host and was very informative and attentive. He connected us with taxi's activities and made excellent food recommendations. The property itself is outside the main area of Fira, which we really appreciated. It was easy enough to taxi into town and enjoy the food, shops and views, but so welcoming to come home to such a beautiful, comfortable and luxurious space.

I also liked that they were flexible with breakfast timings so we didnt have to rush. The property had a great luxury vibe, the inteiors and furnishings were artisitc and tasteful. :) :)

BrazilEverything was perfect! I have no complains.
Our stay was just perfect! We were in honeymoon and Numa Santorini was the most impressive place fot it! Yiannis, our host, was incredibly kind and helped us in arranging tours, tranfers, car rental, etc, besides advising us about everything in Santorini. Our villa was very private, so we could enjoy our private pool and the very confortable room with absolute privacy. The breakfast is served in the villa and it is delicious! We strongly recommend Numa Santorini, specially for romantic dates. We also recommend the restaurant Alismari in Kamari beach, which is administered by Yiannis ans his father. It is amazing, as well as Numa Santorini.

The host was so welcoming and patient. He waited for us although our ferry was super delayed, booked a rental car for us and had it delivered to the hotel, special decor in the room for my husbands bday and even got us a friendly discount at local restaurants. Wow! Great stay! 10/10

IrelandOur stay at Numa Santorini was simply delightful. Tucked away in the picturesque landscapes of Santorini, this luxurious hotel is like something out of a dream. The rooms are designed in a way that makes you feel like you're in a cozy Cycladic village, but with all the modern comforts you could ask for. Plus, each room comes with its own private pool - how cool is that? One thing that really surprised me (in a good way!) was finding a TV with Netflix in my room. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. And get this - the toilets even have a jet spray, which is something you don't see often in European hotels! Now, let's talk about the staff. They were so friendly and welcoming! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Our host, Yanis, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even organized free transfers to the bus station and airport for us! And the food! Breakfast was included in our stay, and let me tell you, it was delicious. I highly recommend trying the vegetable omelette - it's a game-changer. Location-wise, Numa couldn't be better. It's super convenient for exploring Santorini, whether you're wandering through the streets of Fira or heading out on a yacht tour. In short, if you're looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay that won't break the bank, Numa is the place to be. Trust me, you won't regret it!

EVERYTHING was beyond perfect. Yanis met us on arrival. Took us to our room and explained all the amazing features. Our daughter had contacted them and informed them it was our honeymoon, and as a surprise they decorated the room and organised fresh flowers and a bottle of bubbles as she had requested. It was just stunning. Throughout our stay Yanis was beyond helpful, suggesting where to visit and the BEST restaurants to go to. Breakfast was delivered to our patio every morning and was delicious. The whole setting, room and pool area are just breathtaking. Just perfect in every way.

This is a 5 star boutique hotel in the middle of island. Brand new with superb design and facilities. Yanis and his family started very successfully and we wish them all the best in such a challenging business. The villa in real exceeded our expectations, although we viewed the photos and reviews. It outperformed many 5 star hotels and boutiques we have been before. Every detail is well thought with care - design, quality of materials and furniture, quality of linen/wardrobe/towels. Pool is very clean, and everything inside the villa was super clean. Separate thanks for serving 5 star breakfast inside the villa.

United KingdomIt was fine for us as we enjoy walking but the property is around 30 mins from Fira on foot and the journey is along a very busy road. However, Numa offer transfers into the town and there’s also a bus so this is easy to avoid if you want to get there quicker and without all the noise :) so no problem at all, really!
The suites are lovely and bigger than they look in the photos - the whole aesthetic has been really well thought out which makes for a beautifully calm environment. The facilities are excellent and the level of care provided by the Numa team made everything so easy. The bed was super comfortable, the WiFi fast, the pool was cleaned each day, breakfast was delicious and the view is great. We also loved how private the property is, Santorini properties can be very overlooked but Numa provides a perfect retreat from the busy towns which meant we could rest peacefully after a very busy and active week, then wander up to Fira in the evenings.
