The super clean suite, nice smelling, with a garden and a hot tube/ spa. A very good bed, living, lounge room, open kitchen and Tv plus tablet with Netflix. The quiet vacation location and unique view of the whole eiland, stil close to everything. The only place on the eiland we felt relaxed due to the combination of the location and quality of the suite, spa, pool and lounge area, breakfast, bed- and bathroom with nice products, robes and towels and the services of Soula and Ana who proactively takes care of everything you would need. The super breakfast that they kindling bring it, at by your chosen time, in your own garden. We walked in one hour to the famous beach of Kamari. Then went by boat to Perissa, had little train excursion and went back by bus.

Nova was perfect, from arrival, the staff were super accommodating. The suites look brand new, and have great views. This was the first time I booked accommodation (instead of my wife), and she loved it. Breakfast was good too, only criticism was no salt for my eggs 😞

I have only taken one mark out of ten because they didn’t warn us about the dangers of wind on such a high location. A parasol went flying and injured my wife. Shocking rather than serious injury

The suite of rooms were very spacious, very clean with attention to detail. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were able to give our preferences for a lovely breakfast delivered to our room. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor area around the pool was beautiful. We liked staying in Pyrgos very much, a tranquil haven away from the bustle of tourists in the main town.

- the staff were all exceptional, especially the front of house team. The most attentive team we’ve ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble… even decorating our room for our engagement! Super lovely and super kind people. - a family run business with attention to detail such as bottled water and fizzy drinks provided, coffee capsules in the room to use with the coffee machine, bottle of wine and food platter on arrival. - fresh breakfast every morning brought to your room, amazing variety of options even for vegans and vegetarians, - plenty of towels and bathrobes provided which meant sunbathing and use of our hot tub was much easier, - very informative about the island. Gave us tips on all the best places to visit. - the room was clean, equipped with everything you need and very comfy - the views of the surrounding island were beautiful

There was nothing not to like!

This property is truly exceptional. The staff and owner were top rate — accommodating, helpful, kind, and eager to please. The suites are beautifully designed, and functional in every respect. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning (at your preferred time), and the food is plentiful and each morning brought different mains and accompaniments. It was a great experience and I give Nova Luxury Suites my highest recommendation!!

Trying to pick accommodation in Santorini is difficult so many beautiful offerings, Once we settled on Pyrgos which is a beautiful village not yet too commercialised we settled on Nova suites, reason being we couldn't find one bad review. We experienced why during our Stay Tina and her family couldn't have been more accommodating, the accommodation itself is fabulous and spotlessly kept, they have a keen eye for detail ( last day I was cleaning soles of my sandle which had some grit in it,caretaker spotted me,took them and cleaned them) Great breakfast delivered to your door, constant supply of water, shaving kit toothbrushes make up wipes, constant replenishment of towels, The location is brilliant 5 / 10 minute walk to plenty of great restaurants with stunning views We were really looking forward to this holiday and we were not disappointed, We want to thank Tina, Soula,Manny,Kelly , and all the staff at Nova suites we enjoyed our many chats during the week We hope to see you again Noel & Elaine

Hotel view was excellent as advertised, Room was incredibly spacious, bed was so soft and comfortable. Breakfast is the best I've ever had In over 20+ years of travelling. Best part was the staff, Soula and the team were amazing and wonderful all through our stay. Definitely highly recommend Nova . It was a true definition of luxury at a very affordable rate and we are definitely coming back.

Everything was perfect.

The ladies at Nova Luxury Suites are absolutely amazing. They went up and beyond to ensure that we had the best stay. My husband stayed at the accommodation the night before the wedding and we both stayed there the night of the wedding. They decorated the room for us with rose petals, Balloons and even left a bottle of wine. The room was kept to an immaculate standard and the beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and we could not find fault with anything. The ladies helped to book our activities even though we didn’t stay there the first night in Santorini. They were keen to help with everything and wanted us to have the best stay. I cannot express how welcoming the ladies were and how much they supported us during our stay. Whilst we waited for our taxi to leave the accommodation we were given cold bottles of water by the receptionist as it was really warm outside. It’s the little things that matter and I just want to extend my gratitude to the ladies at Nova Luxury suites for being so kind and welcoming. We’re definitely coming back to Santorini and will be staying at Nova Luxury Suites again.

Nova luxury suites is the best place we have ever stayed at! We were visiting Santorini for my wife’s birthday. The staff (especially Dora) were very helpful, friendly and very responsive even before we arrived ensuring that we made the most of our first visit to Santorini by making recommendations. The suite was exceptionally clean and was equipped with everything we could have needed and more! The staff added a lovely touch by decorating the bed with rose petals, balloons and a birthday banner. The views of the island were breathtaking from our suite. The breakfast was exquisite and we loved that we were given something different on each of the days we stayed. Moreover, the heated private pool in our suite was a great addition, and enjoyed very much. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Santorini!

Lady on reception was very happy, kind, friendly and helpful. We were so surprised that we had been upgraded to a suite with private pool and they even did some "Happy birthday" decorations, which was a lovely touch.

The suite was exceptionally spacious , beautifully maintained and the most comfortable bed! We loved the view and the outside areas. The family who own and run the hotel were fantastic - friendly, helpful and concerned that their guests enjoy the best of Santorini. Our flight was not till late in the evening but they were more than happy to store our luggage. give us a late check-out and allow us full use of the pool and outside area. Thank you Sula!

The island gets windy, so having a wind shield or something over the outside area would be useful I think (but we have no idea if it is practical or cost-effective). Nothing else really.

The room had a private pool with a nice view over the island, what else do you need? :) Other than that, we'd highlight the truly exceptional service of the hotel staff. They have been amazingly helpful and always very friendly, even when difficulties arose due to one of us getting sick and needing to cancel a trip we've arranged previously. They also offered to get us medicine so we don't have to make the trip to the pharmacy ourselves! This place is really something special, in no small part due to the efforts of the staff to go above and beyond.
