We stayed in Nova Luxury Suites for our mini-moon in August 2024. We were upgraded to a suite and Soula and her team could not do enough for us from offering us complimentary drinks at the poolside to making reservations for dinners, trips and quad hire - they were always happy to help. Our apartment was modern, spacious and had everything we could need. We arrived to a charcuterie board, a bottle of wine and the apartment was decorated for our honeymoon. A breakfast of fresh fruit, greek yogurt, eggs and pastries was delivered to our balcony at our chosen time every morning. The food and service was incredible. Nova being a small apart-hotel meant that the poolside was quiet, often only us or one other couple, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Location was also fantastic, a short walk into Pyrgos a small, traditional town with lovely tavernas and easily accessible to the larger towns, Fira and Oia.

The property was amazing, but the staff was even better. My wife and I travel often and we both thought the staff was the nicest most accommodating people we have met in our travels. We will definitely stay there again.

I can’t fault the property in any way.

Staff were fantastic. Soula, Kelly, Anna and all the other staff (I am not sure of their names) were exceptional. Very friendly and professional. The rooms are incredibly clean and tidy and the breakfasts are lovely and give you lots of options and variety. Perfect location for heading into Pyrgos square and short transfer for Oia and Fira. We were on our honeymoon and they had arranged the room beautifully when we arrive with balloons and rose petals which is a really nice touch. During the middle of our stay they also upgraded us to one of the better rooms with a pool free of charge for 2 nights while it was unbooked which made us both feel very special. My wife is gluten free aswell and the hotel went above and beyond to make this comfortable for us, they brought us labelled breakfast which showed exactly which foods she can eat and was happy to help locate and book tables at restaurants and making them aware. I personally cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with large rooms and private hot tubs / pools. The view is stunning and location is perfect, situated away from the crowds and in a quiet and central location to explore Santorini. The host Soula and the whole team were extremly kind and helpful. With Soula's History degree, you might want to get a few tips from her on places to visit and good tavernas. Absolutely outstanding!!

Absolutely nothing

The most amazing place we have ever stayed. The receptionist staff were so friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for us to make our stay an enjoyable one. Her knowledge of the island and how to make the most of seeing it with the limited we had was so greatly appreciated. Not only were we able to get an early check in upon arrival, but they pleasantly surprised us by decorating our room for my birthday and providing complimentary wine and a cheeseboard. The room and spa itself were so clean and felt completely brand new. The pool was the perfect spot to lounge in the sun all day and immaculate too. The breakfast was brought every morning to our door right on the chosen time, being an amazing spread of foods and the perfect amount. The location of this property is perfect and within walking distance of everything you’d want to do in Pyrgos. Once again the staff were the highlight as they went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one, could not recommend this place enough. Will definitely be booking here if we come back to Santorini!!

Honestly Nova is just a magical place to stay. Large seperate living areas, best comfy bed and pillows and all amenities. Great breakfast, private spa, pool and beautiful views. Breakfast was awesome and the staff so accommodating and friendly. Quiet and peaceful area of Santorini. Hire a car if you want to see the rest of the island.

We had an exceptional stay at nova luxury suites. The staff were very accomodating as soon as we entered the accomodation. They provided us with an abundance of information about the area. They helped organise transport to the airport and to Fira. The hotel itself was beautiful- with large clean rooms and a hot tub. We were provided an exceptional breakfast everyday- with a changing menu. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Santorini.

There was not a single aspect we could fault. The team truly knows how to create a perfect holiday experience, making us feel completely at ease. We loved every moment of it. If you're seeking an authentic holiday experience away from the crowds, Nova Luxury Suite in Pyrgos is the ideal choice. Within just 10 minutes by quad or scooter you can easily reach Fira, Akrotiri, or Kamari. I highly recommend Nova Luxury Suite as the perfect base for exploring the entire island. Additionally, Pyrgos has some nice restaurants to go to as well!

First of all the service of the workers was exceptional, very welcoming, friendly and so helpful with giving us all the best tips and advice for our stay in Santorini. The property it self was beautiful in such perfect area! Being high up on the hills we had some of the best views even had our own sunset by our pool! Inside the villa was just everything we wanted spacious area, comfy beds, big bathroom and all the amenities just what you need.

It is a bit far from Fira and Oia, but we rented a quad bike to help us get around which was great.
