You need to walk some steps from the main road to the property. I considered those steps were less demanded. There was no window on our unit. However, We were out all day and there was air conditioning so it wasn’t a big issue to us.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Fira central bus station where we took bus to visit few villages and Santo Wine. Mini market, supermarket, bakery and restaurants were within walking distance. Beautiful location, very central and had one of the best views of the ocean. Facilities were very clean, our room was cleaned everyday and the staff Angelina and Viki were very attentive and helpful.

Nothing about the property. But the neighbouring restaurant proprietor was a little annoying, "face controlling" us every time we wanted to get to our room, due to the fact that the hotel is sharing an entrance with adjoining restaurants.

The view was stunning. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The location was ideal.

Wonderful location with great caldera views, but reasonably priced for a clean and convenient place if you don't need a romantic private plunge pool on your deck. There are a few stairs down to your room, but no more than 20 - which is nothing when looking at some other places in Santorini. Would highly recommend.

The terrace needs to be kept cleaner, they clean the rooms but they don’t seem to care for the outdoor. It is a diamond that needs to be polished. The staff also needs to be more present at the property. We reserve a transfer from the airport directly through them and our taxi never came to pick us up.

I confirmed with staff to do late checkout yet the cleaner lady threw away all our packed and unopened groceries from the fridge behind us when we stepped out for last tour before checkout. We had told the reception lady that we will come back have lunch and then leave the room. The cleaning lady doesn’t y understand english yet she kept arguing rudely that she was supposed to clean the room.

Property was at good location, but there was a shared terrace with other 2 rooms, unlike mentioned in booking there was no private or shared patio and balcony. Though it was a good stay within walking distance to central fira.

can be a bit noisy due to the restaurant just next to the apartments but overall it's ok. no bin for trash inside the apartment except a small one in the bathroom. Staff explained it's because of smell and insects getting into the apartments, which we understand but i would still make the stay better to offer a trashcan and cleaning staff could empty it daily or every 2 days.

Nice location, private terrace shared between 3 apartments with perfect sunset view, friendly and helpful staff. Staff arranged the transfer from the port to the apartment, price was in line with what other taxis wanted for the same drive.

The bathroom needs renovation. The ceiling was relatively short for tall people, the shower head was falling off the wall and toiletries were not available. Small improvements can make a big difference here.

Couldn't be more happy with the host, Konstantina! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and work around our travel schedule, much appreciated! On top of that, amazing caldera views and a great location very close to the bus stop and center of Fira!

This is not a fault of the hotel, but relates to the whole Island sanitation and no paper of any description down the loo thing. Foot operated closed lid style larger bins would be better to hide that aspect of washrooms, small bins overflow and smell the washroom out in that heat. If you have been to Greece you know what I mean, but all part of the experience I guess!!

Location, fabulous view, friendly and very helpful staff, will store luggage outside of check-in times, room opens out onto balcony with that amazing sunset views. I would definitely return, absolutely amazing.

Unique experience with cave room. Beds are comfortable and teen Kids had own bed. amazing view of sunset. the host was always around to help us.

The view was absolutely phenomenal and on top of it to the right of the Noni Studios is a beautiful big restaurant which makes the view even more spectacular. Restaurant was playing live jazz music in the evening :) Apartment was cozy, AC was functional, you get all the amenities and Konstantina checks on you daily if you have everything you need!! She is an absolute star.

There was a restaurant next door that had a large party that was very noisy. Had a safe but it was broken.

The location was great, beautiful views and close to restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Bed was comfortable.
