I recently had the pleasure of staying at Noce Luxury Villas with my family.. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that these villas are brand new and absolutely adorable. The attention to detail in their design is evident, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere. Cleanliness is a top priority at Noce Luxury Villas. Our villa was spotless upon arrival, and the high standard of cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay. It was incredibly reassuring to know that every corner was meticulously cared for. One of the standout features of Noce Luxury Villas is how well-equipped they are. Every need we could think of was anticipated, from kitchen essentials to luxurious bedding. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into ensuring that guests have everything they could possibly need, no matter how small the detail. Penny, the owner, and her staff truly went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. They showed genuine care for our comfort and were proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. From start to finish, everything was outstanding. We visited as a family with older parents and two young children and we have recommended this to all our friends. Some highlights: 1. The villa is exceptional. Spotlessly clean, modern, beautiful veranda, pool and BBQ area, comfortable beds. 2. Penny, the host, was so accommodating. She was always on hand, genuinely cared about our experience, and nothing was too much trouble. She arranged a boat hire for us and gave us several recommendations for dinner and beaches. 3. The area is stunning. Right by some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece has (and I've travelled a lot in Greece!). Near to some superb restaurants and close enough to the supermarket. 4. Value for money. I think it is exceptional value for money. For what we paid, we were extremely happy with what we got. Everything was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here! The bedrooms are situated on floors -1 and +1 and with a baby bed are not very spacious, but still navigable.

Great overall facilities. The swimming pool and the garden have a great view to the sea and the forest. Very pleasant outdoor sitting at a big table.

I travel a lot, but our host at Noce, was absolutly amazing. She provided us with all informations we needed for a wery pleasant stay. They fulfilled every wish we had. Villas are amazing, clean, fully equipped, beautifull design…pool, BBQ. I highly recommend staying at Noce. We were group of 6 people and we had a perfect stay.

This is such an amazing place, we had a blast! Evi and Penny are so wonderful and wolcoming, always ready to help and provide you everything you would need. I have never seen so much attention to every detail so that they make your stay unforgetable. The house is fully equiped with everything you would possibly think and need and even more than that. The property is located into a quiet area so we have taken advantage of the silence to recharge. For sure we will come back!

Everything was amazing. The views stunning and the hosts spot on, they were checking whether there was any additional requirements constantly. Very polite and friendly. The villas had all the amenities, great size to host between 2 to 3 couples. Overall the best place to relax, not far from the beach, the village and the shops. Highly recommended.

Everything was exceptional with the villas! From the outdoor space, the pool, the size of the villa, and the barbeque! The hosts were friendly and helped us with all our questions. The villa was really clean and we will definitely consider booking the property again, hopefully for next summer!

I had the pleasure of staying at NOCE Luxury Villas with my family, and it was an exceptional experience. The property is stunning, incredibly welcoming, and meticulously maintained in every detail. The owners made us feel right at home, going above and beyond by welcoming us late at night upon our arrival and bidding us farewell early in the morning upon departure. Everything was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The villa is very beautiful, the pool, garden, everything great. Very close the fava beach and city centre.

We have to made every morning light sun shade for the table outside since we were 8 but this was just for the breakfast.

Pool was exelent, just enough for our afternoon refreshment. Basement was nice and cool so we kept the AC off even it was begining of August! The rest better to see in surprise!
