Long wait time for the small lifts, limited breakfast options, nowhere to hand towels or swimsuits in bathroom, air conditioning unit made a dripping sound during the day, safe did not work

Comfy beds, modern hotel reception, friendly staff, nice pool area, Mini market right across the road, several restaurants nearby, varied menu including an amazing Cesar salad. Whilst there is not a sandy beach by the hotel there is a small cove which once in is so lovely for swimming in.

For the pricepoint was a nice hotel with good restaurant and pool. We booked for airport overnight stay and kids loved they could use pool and hotel restaurant and restaurant across the street were very good. Breakfast was also very good.

Great way to wind up a month in Europe. The village of Mati is small but has everything you could need for a few nights. Our room and the view onto the sea were exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The water on the beach is crystal clear and a very comfortable 26 degrees C. (we stayed in June)

There didn't seem to be any set menu or buffet the night we stayed but there are about 4 x restaurants within a 5 min walk

Excellent Breakfast, lots of choice great scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Upgraded to a small suite. Still overlooking an unsightly yard but nice view of the sea.

Because of fires a few years ago, area is still in need of rehabilitation, but it is on the sea.

Got a side sea view room which I though it meant sea view but it's actually a side view where you can see the sea but not a front balcony to the sea. The naming is a bit confusing. I'd get a front sea view if I knew.

Breakfast was very good. Location was convenient as it's close to Rafina Port. Staff is very nice and hotel itself is not too big so it feels very comfortable. Modern looking, well looked after and very clean. Decent swimming pool and nice balcony where breakfast is served. For the price, I haven't seen better in Athens region.

What's not to like? It was great!

Close to airport. Away from busy city. Beautiful sea view. Great breakfast with sea breeze and view. Nice restaurant across the street. Quiet town, but we like it that way! Exceptional staff, very helpful. Perfect place to stay upon arrival to to relax and get your bearings. Our group of 30 stayed here one night to get everyone together. My husband and stayed one extra night on the front end to adjust to time change. We also stayed there one night before our Greece departure. We would have liked to stay longer to relax but had to move on.

Even the breakfast was great with alot of choices,, for eggs they had only omelette and scrambled eggs (for eggs choice). In my opinion they should have boiled eggs or fried eggs accompanied with omelette or scrambled eggs.

Everything! It was an amazing hotel! Our room was beautifully clean and fresh with the most amazing view! Everything in the hotel was sparkling clean. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. Particularly Peggy & Maria, two angels. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, a really great selection & high standard of food.

Exceptional breakfast and dinner! Lovely clean room with sea view, comfy bed and very polite, friendly, efficient maids! Wonderfully kind and helpful staff at front desk and especially dining area waitresses! Especially remember Peggy who was a true joy, - as well as all the others whose names I can't recall-everyone was very professional as well as personable...thank you all! Despite arriving with a broken arm my stay at Mati hotel was positively memorable. My sincere thanks to all!

Only a small amount of Sun beds by the pool and 75% of these had towels & belongings on but nobody nearby . We ate lunch and waited for some time before people either took their stuff or lay back out . Cocktails were very over priced at €14 - €16 and of poor quality when presented .

Rooms very well presented , beds very comfortable. We ate lunch & had had the buffet dinner, which was all delicious & reasonably priced . We had an early departure for flight , reception had organised breakfast boxes for us to take with us. 15 mins to the airport by taxi .

The staff was very friendly and helping! There was nothing you could not ask. The pool was great with warm water and it was so easy to get to sea. And room was with sea view! The breakfast was extremely nice and delicious!

Fantastic hotel , on the beach, great pool, bar, restaurant, beach area. Totally relaxing. No parking but there was enough available on the street. Superb location with other beaches nearby, Fantastic cleanliness, very comfortable beds, superb service - thank you Eva and restaurant staff were amazing. It's one of the best hotels and customer service I have had in Athens. will return for sure without a doubt. Amazing breakfast and food and drink options. Quiet and beautiful view to the sea. Even the gym was one of the best i have used in athens with windows fresh air and enough equipment and space to work out. Very happy.

The beach beside the hotel is not very nice. The hotel itself is quite isolated but there are a good few nice restaurants close by.

excellent value, lovely pool, great lunches by the pool. But the highlight was the staff: they were so helpful and friendly to us. special mention to Peggy who looked after us from morning till late afternoon. nothing was too much trouble. she knew we didn’t enjoy the scrambled eggs so brought us fried eggs made specially. she recommended great bottles of wine, gave us local advice and made us so welcome. thank you for a lovely stay
