Amazing views and amazing staff!

There were numerous stairs especially to our room(we are both in our early to mid 70s) but it was worthwhile to have the views and privacy we enjoyed!

Everything! We had a patio/balcony overlooking the caldera that was otherworldly. The room and amenities were also very nicely done. The staff was extremely helpful-especially Matina who checked us in and when we got lost and couldn’t find the right stairs she cheerfully led us back! She was also very forthcoming with recommendations and advice. Highly recommend this property.

Was a lovely hotel, all the staff are so friendly, location is great, just far enough away from the busy Oia town but close enough for everything. Had a great stay.

Lovely quaint rooms & excellent breakfast served on your balcony with uninterrupted stunning views of the caldera! Staff so friendly & helpful - made is feel so welcome.

Nothing, even the weather was good!

Wow, wow, wow...that's 3 x wows! 1 x wow is for the super-friendly staff that could not do enough for us - this included very high standards of cleaning, great facilities including pool/bar and the most delicious breakfast. Porters met us to carry luggage as you can't park right outside (typical of Oia) and the reception staff gave us a room upgrade (due to poorly knee) and even helped work out of transfer times. The 2nd wow is for the view, Nikos Villas is just on the outskirts of Oia (lovely 5 min walk into town) so you can see all of the caldera and Oia but not blighted by hoardes of day-trippers. I would hate to pay what some people do, just to be in the centre of Oia where there is little privacy. We could see the famous sunset from our accommodation which was a lot nicer than going to the edge of town along with hundreds of others. 3rd wow was for our room which had bedroom, lounge and kitchen plus to-die-for views from the terrace - my favourite place!

Great location away from the busy streets but also close enough to enjoy a stroll into the main area looking out at the beautiful view every day! The view, the breakfast, the staff and the food and cocktails were all amazing. We couldn't of asked for anything more. The main thing was the sunset from the pool area. No need to rush through crowds just sit with a drink and relax watching it.

Everything was as expected. Beautiful views, kind people that took care of us from the arrival to the departure. Fantastic breakfast served in front of one of the most dream landscapes ever seen. For sure we will come again to enjoy such a marvellous experience. Thank you very much! 😊

A bottle of water was supplied only on the 1st day. After that we had to carry our water from the supermarket. Since the tap water is not potable, it would be so convenient if a bottle could be supplied daily. The shower area needs a partition to prevent water flowing and wetting the bathroom.

We were upgraded to a room with a fantastic view of the caldera, blue domed churches and sunsets, as we were celebrating a special birthday. Thank you Nikos Villas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a lovely wine tour and offered useful advice on how to get around. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops. The breakfast served on our terrace was punctual and delicious. We loved our 5 days here

Bedroom furniture was a bit old fashioned and the shower was small but that didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Lovely views from the terrace and pool area, with a decent size swimming pool. Clean and comfortable room with very friendly and efficient service. We enjoyed having breakfast on our terrace and having self catering facilities. Good location on the edge of town with a bus stop very close by.

Loved everything.

Location is perfect, amazing sun-set view from room balcony or pool area. I book the room with balcony. Staff is extremely helpful. Set menu for breakfast which has enough options to choose from and gets delivered in you where ever you want in hotel. I tried the lunch meals from hotel restaurant and was great. I took some photos below from my room. Will definitely stay there again whenever I am back.

Can’t think of anything!

What an amazing stay! The villa is beautifully located in Oia - a short walking distance from the centre, and we felt like we didn’t need to leave the hotel to view the sunset, because you have a gorgeous sunset view just from the pool area! The staff were lovely and we woke up every morning looking forward to the fabulous breakfast.

We loved everything - Thank you Nikos Villas!

The view of the Caldera both from our terrace and from the pool at Nikos Villas was absolutely stunning. I don't think they make enough of it on the website. The location was perfect for us; near enough to walk to Oia centre, and a range of bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet. Breakfast was from a choice of 7 savoury hot dishes and 7 sweet dishes, and was delivered at a time of our choice to our patio table - absolutely excellent. Could not fault anything. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Bathroom didn't have a shower just a bath with a hand held shower. This was the only minor nuisance. Everything else was spot on.

The reception and staff were really nice and receptive, the checkin was quite a pleasant experience. The location is just great, not right in the middle of the villa but not far so we never felt in the crowd even though we were really close to everything.

Lovely place. I don’t regret staying in this villa . Staff are friendly . Rooms are nice. I even got 2 balcony from my room . Tasty breakfast that was served at your preferred time and got some choices aswell. Wonderful views . Will stay in this apartment again when I come back to santorini

The furniture is mostly antique with dark dated fabrics. Updating the furniture to lighter brighter fabrics would go a long way to bringing things up just a notch and make the interior look fresh.

The location is exceptional and, in some ways, better than some of the five-star options nearby. The views are unmatched and the hospitality shown by the entire staff is five-star level. The air conditioning and the wifi were excellent as well.
