The receptionist, i think perhaps also runs the Hotel, gave us some of the most amazing customer service we have experienced on a 2 month Europe trip where we have stayed in over 15 accommodations. She was super helpful and made sure we were taken care of. The facilities were awesome and very clean.

Centrally located, quiet area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The host was very informative and provided us with many good recommendations of place to see, swim, and eat. We arrived prior to checking in time, the host stored our luggage and provided beach towels so we could enjoy the pool or beach whilst our room was being prepared.

We stayed for one night there, staff were so friendly, we arrived early and they offered us pool towels to use the pool while we were waiting for our room to be ready. The hotel is beautiful and room was clean and comfortable and the size was perfect.

This hotel is located in Karterados, a small village very very close to Firá, the capital. You can reach this very touristic area of Santorini by foot, some 10-15 minutes walk or by bus (station nearby). The hotel itself, which has a traditional look, is nice and peaceful. Our room was really beautiful and big, very nicely decorated, very clean and very comfortable. There is a free private parking place, which is very important because you really need a rented car to make most of your stay in Santorini. Our host was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. She speaks many languages and will guide you with a good advice for everything you need. We enjoyed a lot our small vacation in Santorini and I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and there is also a breakfast option and breakfast is good.

There wasn't an exhaust fan in the shower

The staff was very nice. Eve arranged for our transfer to the ferry, and it went smoothly.. the room was very large and nice

The shower did not have a door. Bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. There are no screens on the windows or doors so mosquitos would get inside if we opened them to let the breeze in. Breakfast is very limited.

Pool was a little cold; but I have found that all around Greece. Transport to port & airport was expensive but again I don't think that's just at this hotel.

The taxi to Oia was very expensive each way at €35.

Eva and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The location was ideal as it was walking distance to Fira 1.1km. There was a bakery close by which served delicious cakes and pastries

Additional water would be great. Pillow provided was very big, and rather hard. Fortunately there were extras that were more comfortable.

The only thing I am not a fan of and I see this often in different countries is the no shower door. After your shower the bathroom floor is soaked. The breakfast is very continental.
