A really pleasant, attractively designed 2 star hotel not far from the centre. Quietish location with (expensive) mini market 3 mins walk away. Nice pool with adequate sunbeds. Room pleasant with comfortable bed, fridge, adequate bathroom (but smallish shower) and very nice balcony overlooking pool, with a table, 2 chairs and a drying rack. Linen and towels changes most days. Not coffee making facilities. Parking, although stated, is not on premises but easily found on roadside or free large carparks not too far away. It has to be said that driving in Fira, and other parts of the island, is not easy: narrow roads and erratic drivers. Need to be a bit bold and just go for it! If you want fruit/vegetables (variety and price) I would suggest a drive (walk?) to Lidl on southern outskirts of Fira.

Nothing major but the shower curtain was a little too small for the space. It didn't matter too much as the shower is a tiled wetroom.

Location was excellent as we were very near the centre of Fira and the main shopping area, transit hubs and restaurants without any noise or traffic. The pool was excellent and rooms cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower was tiny had an actual curtain so it stuck to you the entire time you shower. As there was no proper shower door the whole bathroom floods with water when you’re showering

Very small room. Shower was small and water went everywhere. Toilet smelt like sewerage and stunk the whole room. No kettle provided or coffee. Had to pay extra money for a coffee in the foyer.

The triple room was quite tight for space, and we had an unpleasant drain smell from the bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location and had a lovely pool. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. It was possible to buy breakfast there. Close to a local mini supermarket.

Shower was very small with a shower curtain around it, not very hygienic and rooms were a little outdated but clean with a fridge and large wardrobe

It would have been better if the AC would have been a bit higher as it was too hot 🔥.

Shower - was awkward to shower with the shower curtain

Fantastic pool and close to the main square with shops and restaurants. My little boy loved the dog at the hotel and the lady working there giving him chocolates!

New Haroulas staff were so helpful and informative, George helped us with our luggage to our room and told us about all the local transport. Maria was so friendly and accomadating The pool was an awesome help for anyone travelling with kids

Absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this property

The staff were so helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond for everything. The rooms were cleaned everyday it was spotless, the pool and views from the spacious balcony were exceptional. Lucy the hotel dog was absolutely gorgeous.

This is minor - but a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice upon arrival.
