It’s a great place in Fira. It’s a short walk to the center, but feels quiet and secluded. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and overall we had a very nice time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at **Hotel NEO in Santorini**, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The service was great, the team is very very nice and helpful. Breakfasts are very tasty. The room is in great design and you have all you need: cosmetics, flip flaps, towels. Additonally the team gave us extra pillows (and even ask of which kind of softness do we wish). The balcony is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous pool with clean and warm water, additionally laying chaise for sunbathing and table with chairs for evening chilling. The view especially with the sunrise is stunning. Thank you!

Parking was difficult and always full as it is a public area not strictly for the hotel. The sea view was purely seeing the sea from a very far distance at the corner of your room window and the plunge pool was overseeing a public parking so people walking down the street could potentially see you and it had no view.

Warmed plunge pool, clean and nice breakfast, easy check in and lovely staff. Helped us book tours and gave wonderful suggestions for island attractions and restaurants.

On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff who were knowledgeable and friendly. We previously stayed in a different part of the island for our wedding, so we wanted to stay in Fira for a mini moon. We were drawn to Neo Suites because it’s located central to Fira (approx 5 minute walk) and was great for us because it was out the way of traffic and the busy streets of people walking so this is ideal if you like the quiet. Breakfast was great, a choice of fresh pastries, cereal, pancakes and were asked every morning for a fresh omelette. The staff communicated with us via a WhatsApp chat which was very good, they arranged a day out on the catamaran boat which was great! The balcony was our favourite which was the reason we booked Neo Suites because it’s one of not so many where you have a private pool, they are reasonably sized and ours overlooked the sea on the east side. I’ve attached a photo because it’s beautiful! The room was simple and clean. Overall we are so happy with our stay at Neo Suites, if I returned to Santorini I would book with them again - thank you 😊

Lovely staff and a beautiful hotel, stayed here for : nights and they were very accommodating. You can choose when u want your room cleaned and someone comes to clean the pool daily. The walk to the centre is around 5 minutes long its close to everything.

Loved the private patio and personal pool. Most beautiful to watch the beautiful sunrise over the sea in the morning. The breakfast was wonderful! The basic map and instruction, given to us when we arrived, was also very helpful; the staff was most accommodating in arranging a transport to and from the hotel.
