So fresh, modern, clean and conceptual. The spa bath is well Looked after and is incredibly beneficial too cool off . They look Great at night also . Staff really helpful and very pleasant.

Location is not quite ideal. But clear area is up and coming. Street seems a bit abandoned at night, buildings in ruins and under construction. But see that only improving over time. And really only 2/3 blocks from central area with lots of restaurants and bars open late - which is what I look (busy streets with the right kind of activity) when travelling alone. This kinda seems par for the course in Athens unless you’re staying at a luxury hotel.

Breakfast was best I had in Greece. Also they give you a pack for if you have an early day (eg catching an early ferry) and compared to others on the ferry mine was superior . Staff was lovely and super accommodating. They thought I left something behind and messaged right away ready to put it in the mail. Great to have workout equipment and plunge pool was perfect for post touring Athens.

Very close to Fira Town but still quiet enough that you don’t hear the crowds. Our private pool was lovely (room 11) as we got the sun pretty much the whole day. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast nice.

We were not told how the plunge pool operated (there is a button for the jets) we did not find out till the last night and the jets were broken any way.

A great welcome to Santorini from Penelope and colleagues. WhatsApp communication before arrival and throughout the whole stay for any queries or requests. The buffet breakfast was arranged beautifully every morning and was constantly refilled. Array of pastries, bread, toppings, nuts, fresh fruit, teas, juices and coffees. Perfect.

The best stay during my whole Greece trip!!!! nice and modern designed room ,100% clean, comfy bed, warm private pool, tasty breakfast, perfect location!! apart all of that, staffs were really nice and helpful, thanks a lot for helping us extend for few hours to enjoy the room and pool more! highly recommend!!!

Would have been better to adjust the heat of the hot tub and the amount of time the bubbles stay on, the emergency light above the bed also wasn’t great, maybe should think about glow in the dark signs instead

I didn't like that I had to leave.

I loved my stay at Neo Suites. After being in Athens at a hotel that was extremely disappointing, it was nice to arrive at a place that lived up to the photos and list of facilities. It was clean and cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and getting to lounge in my private pool with a view of the Aegean Sea was perfect. Also, the staff was top notch — especially Tania. I have been to over 50 countries and thanks to Tania, Santorini and Neo Suites will always stand out as one of the best places I've been.

The bedroom was quite small and not really enough room for suitcases. Some tatty looking parts of the suite despite it being new. No sun on the terrace in mid to late September.

A really good location for getting into Fira. Plenty of outdoor space for the Delux Suite. The bathroom was big and the bed really comfortable. No problem with the wifi at all. We had breakfast each day and as much as there wasn't varied choice, it was nice and the seating area was very clean and tidy. Air con was good as it was pretty warm most days.

You don’t have a full privacy at the pools.

The hotel location is absolutely perfect! It’s not too far from Fira’s attractions, and yet far enough to have quite and intimacy. The staff were super nice, helping us with any question we had. I really loved that we had a WhatsApp chat we can discuss with them before our arrival. The breakfast had many options, even for GF! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who’s interested in visiting Fira!
