We stayed in the cave house with the roofed plunge pool, amazing! Julian was so helpful & couldn’t have done enough, great fun too! Room had everything you need, clean, comfy & the views - wow!!! Defo recommend & would return.

It was slightly difficult to find room in the villa for our luggage however, this was only minor and really nothing to complain about when everything else was so perfect!

Juliano looked after us from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Our stay here was definitely the highlight of our trip and we will be back. The view was breathtaking however, the service we received was first class and made the experience what it was! This place was in a fantastic location and extremely private compared to many other villas you see in such a great location.

The breakfast didn't meet our expectations cosidering all perfect things.

Perfect location for couples, not kids. The staff were very nice and welcoming and helped moving our suitcases which was a hard job. Every detail was satisfying.

I loved how pristine, quiet, and calm it was! The room was perfect for my needs and I soaked for hours in that glorious hot tub. A perfect quiet spot away from the tourist crowds and with spectacular views. My host and the staff were so helpful and kind. Pure heaven! I would return in an instant!

The wifi didn't work for half of our stay (which is tough on Santorini as the cell phone service is extremely spotty) and do keep in mind the room is extremely small, without really a place to keep your bags, so we ended up having to walk around them on the floor.

Absolutely beautiful view, the location really couldn't be better (though it's definitely not suited for anyone with mobility issues! Lots of steep stairs.) The bed was extremely comfortable, and the daily breakfast delivery was such a lovely treat. Eating breakfast at the little breakfast table outside was a highlight.

The sea view of this room is extraordinary. I think that's what we pay for. Room is small but it is expected to be like this type of room in Oia. Staff is super nice. Breakfast is good.

Excellent place to stay with magnificent views. The ideal location. Very clean and spacious with an ocean view from the private hot tub. The staff was fantastic. Julian met and took us to our villa and provided a walk through. He went over the breakfast options and times, island activities and great restaurants. At the end Julian had our bags and taxi ready for our departure. Wow that's a host! For this price in low season (350€ for 1 night) we expect everything to be perfect. The painting was fresh in the room and bathroom so a smell was very present. A fan/machine was present in the room to help it dry faster thought. Unfortunately after enjoying the jacuzzi outside we realized we didn’t have hot water in the bathroom and the wifi password was not working. Juljan was really busy with other guests so we had to wait almost 2 hours for him to come and fix it (a one night stay is really short to enjoy the room so it bummed our plans, plus Juljan was 15min late for the check in so our time to completely enjoy the room was getting shorter and shorter), even thought he could have given us instructions over the phone or by text to check and fix the problems. When he arrived he kind of insinuated it was our fault/ asked why we didn’t told him sooner, even thought he gave us a wrong password by text and the hot water button was turned off inside the electrical box. We negotiated a late check out and it was nicely accepted. When booking we thought breakfast was delivered in our room but in low season you have to go to the restaurant situated at a 15min walk including a lot of stairs (pretty accessible, unless you have a condition like my room partner). The restaurant was perfect but we would have preferred to stay in the suite to enjoy the little time we had. It was a small inconvenience. We are understanding but not at our own expense, so the price of the room was a bit too high for the quality of services we had in our opinion. But overall we enjoyed our stay there and would recommend to book.

We loved the breathtaking view on the caldera, the jacuzzi was clean and hot, the room was clean and beautiful. The balcony is really cosy and styled beautifully. The bed is super confortable and we loved the mini fridge and the hot beverages plateau (and the small bottle of wine included). Juljan helped us to bring our luggages, which was appreciated because of the numerous stairs to access the suite (it explains the beautiful view!). The breakfast included at the partner restaurant was exceptionally good (we had fresh orange juice, good quality coffee and delicious avocado toasts with poached eggs). The location was perfect to discover Oia by foot and offers a sunset view out of this world.
