Very calm and quiet area. The view is very beautiful. The only downfall is getting up to the house as there’s little tiny roads and you have to carry your suitcases. Loved the area. Much quieter than the centre of.Oia

Close to Oia, but not inside the tourist madness. A perfect village location

We would have appreciated having a welcoming host, and to be provided some basic things for breakfast, such as tea and some biscuits or similar. There were lovely things around, so other than having a notebook, I feel it is important to say it loud, with a friendly and warm attitude, which is the norm in Greece.

A lovely house-cave in a quiet area really well connected to Oia. Lovely and cute, with the main facilities one would need. Strongly recommended!

The area was very nice but sometimes in the night very noisy because of the neighbors that were using the jacuzzi and were screaming.

Margarita is the perfect host, super responsive and helped us with the transfer service. I loved the house, it was very small but beautiful with a nice kitchen.

The location was a little further from the centre of Oia than i thought although it was approximately 15 minutes walk. I didn't meet the host we only communicated by Whats App.

The room was very clean albeit a little cozy. I was travelling alone so there was more than enough room. The kitchenette was good. Coffee machine available and fridge. The AC and Wi-Fi worked fabulously. A mini market close by which has a lot to offer.

Location close to Oia. Property is very clean. Would be excellent if oil and salt were available for cooking.

Lots of steps to get to the property. No nice outdoor area to enjoy.

The room was a great size, and tastefully decorated. The room was daily serviced. Lovely shower. The staff attended to all our requirements in a professional manner.

Absolutely loved this quiet property - our room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable and great shower. A 10 minute very pleasant walk into the main town of Oia. Margarita and her assistant extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

nice apartment, 15min walking from Oia, comfortable apartment with complete bath and little kitchen with terrace, good for a couple or three days. it had a book with recommendations and was a quite area.

The first room was nice, but a bit small since we had a big bag to keep open on the floor. everything else was good!

Margarita was a great communicator and when we had some problems she was able to solve them for us with a professional manner. We felt that her assistant was a bit rude sometimes, but it could have been just a language barrier. The place was a bit further from Oia than expected, but still easy to walk to anyway, so it wasn't a problem.

Overall amazing place! We had quite a big issue with our room and after explaining the situation we were able to change room as well as Margarita was really professional about the situation. Overall both studios were really well equipted, beautiful cave room design and the shower water pressure was good. We stayed first in the Cavos room, that had a really nice ocean view from the outside area and after changed to Isalos cave suite which was bigger but didn't have ocean view.

The only downside was that the boiler (or maybe it was something else) was quite noisy, often going off in the night and waking me up.

Really well designed property, with well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom considering the size of the property overall. Someone came to clean every day. Perfect!

Naftilos Houses was absolutely amazing. I have nothing but good things to stay about our stay there. Starting off, Margarita is so helpful and communicative and ensures that you arrive comfortably. We received help from her assistant who guided us there and gave us helpful information about the area, restaurants and activities and helped us with the keys and to settle in. The room was incredible. Not only was is beautiful and unique because it is shaped like a cave but it was very clean and wonderfully decorated. Margarita left us water, there is a fridge, a mini kitchen for cooking and a very clean bathroom with everything we needed. The location is superb, just a short walk to Oia, but Finikia, the area its located in has a wonderful selection of restaurants only a few steps away. Margarita even helped us with our departing plans, as we were leaving for Naxos by ferry the next day, she helped us with transportation to the port and was always available for any questions we may have had which really eased our travels. I really recommend Naftilos Houses and would return in a heartbeat.
