The water in the pools were rather cool inside. To sit there and have water jets massage rather too cool. They did not tell us that water heaters were broken. I thought I reserved the best room in the hotel for our wedding anniversary, the room was probably in the same category but not like what the pictures reveals. We thought as hotel guests we have discount any time we go to Spa area but it applied only for first time, the second time was more expensive and we didn't know when booking.

The spa had good sauna and steam room. Breakfast was variety of foods. Room was clean and modern.

The breakfast was really nice! The first day we had a menu offered to us, and the second day we had a buffet breakfast. It was really nice, one of the highlights of our stay.

The restaurant was great for breakfast and drinks, but not so great for lunch and dinner. There are a lot of really nice local restaurants. We didn’t mind the location because we wanted to prioritise staying in the hotel, however the local area is very limited in terms of activities. Most tourist activities are on the other side of the island, about an hour away.

We had a lovely stay at Mythical Coast for our honeymoon. The room was lovely and the hotel were able to organise a complimentary honeymoon set up of balloons and Prosecco 🥰 The outdoor pool was lovely and a nice way to cool down. The spa was also lovely and the massage lady was really nice. The hotel staff were all friendly and reception staff were always on hand to answer our questions and help us order taxis, hiring a car etc. Room service came every day to clean the room which was great (although sometimes interrupted us 😂). Altogether a great stay!

still under construction with finishing touches- handrails not bolted, gym floor filthy, shower drains not properly cleaned and clog easily, no “do not disturb” signs for rooms, check-in reception did not give any property information about dining or pool hours. we found out accidentally that the room key for BOTH rooms could open other rooms which made us VERY uncomfortable. Just many details that told us this new property has some work to do.

The indoor swimming pool was still being tested. We could not use it. That was a pity as I was enthusiastic about it.

The breakfast was good enough, you have plenty of choices. We had our lunches at the restaurant as well. The prices were not crazy, but the dishes were full of taste. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable. We tried 2 different rooms. The 2nd one had a better view of the Turkish coasts. We will definitely revisit Mythical Coast again.

The rooms are a bit too empty and they feel very dark. No wifi signal in the room we were staying in. The staff is polite but the service is bad. You just don’t get the feeling you’re being taken care of, which would be fine for any other hotel but not for a 5 star establishment. The pool is a bit too small and shallow for what you’d expect. If you order a beer at the pool bar, you get a beer can. If you ask for it, you might also get a plastic cup to drink it in. We tried to eat at the restaurant but after being ignored for over 20 minutes we decided to leave.

Loungers very uncomfortable, service a bit hit and miss, very secluded from any other hotels, bars, restaurants, shops although can take take for approx £15 each way to centre.

Lovely modern, stylish, clean, relaxing hotel. Buffet breakfast good. Massage/treatment good/reasonably priced.

My room was used by someone else before me, rooms are Noisy/chea deco No authenticity or love from the staff, breakfast is good.. coffees r awful. The key workers are looking lost/ bewildered.the front desk have NO uniforms, and wear gold chains:Polo shirts. Greek salad had No olives and veggies were almost frozen. So If one needs just breakfast then it is YOUR place to be

All things were not in place. I.e. hangers for towels room and ‘public’, fitness center not fully equipped. Lack of shading at the pool for late arrivals. Not much to do at the location if you have kids.

Brand New July 2023. Outstanding breakfast. Long service hours. Friendly Staff. Tip them and they are even friendlier 😏 Beautiful view to the sea.

The meals could have been nicer. The pasta was good, but not the meat. The AC in the dining area needs to be turned on all the time.

Good breakfast. I think it was more than aduquate. The staff was helpful. I wish they were around more. You had to ping them when you want something, but they were very helpful and friendly when you asked for something. Location is good. I rented a car, but they also have a shuttle you can use. The rooms are clean and VERY new. The AC works perfectly. The room size is aduquate. The pool is small but very nice. It just needs a bit more shade. The sea is not the best. A little wavy and rocky. Overall, I am satisfied. I would stay again.

The room was dirty . Not made up. They then offered to get someone to clean it at 9:30 pm at night ! After I refused to wait they then only found another room for me. The cups in the new room was dirty and there was no tea or coffee.

Nothing round it at all, staff were run off their feet not enough of them and not very well trained. Took a long time to get service in the restaurant.

Booked a Junior Suite - The room was a medium size room without any outside space - nothing as described. Checked with reception that we had a Junior Suite and we were assured we had - The room was a basic room with 2 chairs!!!!!!!! would not recommend paying 168Euro for this. Had to wait over an hour for the room to be made ready, with no offer of refreshments. The service in the restaurant is appalling, and the food was average - Only 2 staff working, and no direction as no management around. The hotel had an influx due to a cancelled flight, however, if you sell a room the hotel should have the staff available to serve the customer. Food orders incorrect, Customers having to collect own meals, otherwise they are left under the heat lamp. the two staff working had to deal with the restaurant, the bar and room service. No handrails/bannisters on the stairs, very dangerous for the less abled person. This hotel is not a 5*, at a push it might be a 3*.

Bed was very comfortable. Views from the room were amazing. Shower good. Airport transfers good.

There is no organisation in the dining room. Not staff to accommodate everyone. No management to be seen anywhere and nobody seems to be interested. It was like Fawlty towers. The wait time for lunch and dinner was a nightmare. We ordered food at lunch time 13.55 to be told 20 minutes later the choice was not available. We were still waiting for food and drinks one hour later. When my food arrived it was an hour and a half after ordering. My daughter’s food did not arrive so I chased it again to be told there were no chicken club sandwiches left so she had to reorder again. It’s just a shambles. You have to order at the bar, no table service, the male waiters were scruffy in jeans and t shirts , not the standard of a five star hotel. Other people were complaining about the wait times. No napkins or table cloths, really poor.
