I loved everything about this hotel, starting from the very spacious room with a beautiful and comfy bed, a spacious bathroom and a lovely balcony with a beautiful sunset view. The breakfast has a nice variety and is delicious. It is right in front of the new port and 5 mins drive away from old port/town. However, the best thing about this hotel is the service and the staff and especially Kostas who helped us day and night with any inquiries, recommendations and even where to do a pcr test. Thanks Mykonos Riviera for a lovely stay and see you again next year.

Our entire experience at Mykonos Riviera was outstanding! From the amazing service from the highly attentive and friendly staff, to the cool nautical theme of the décor, to the delicious a-la-carte breakfast (with bubbly) and dinners at the restaurant, to the salt-water infinity pool, to the stunning view and sunsets, Mykonos Riviera exceeded our lofty expectations... by far!

Everything was good, but the SPA facility is... underwhelming. Sauna was extremely dirty and slippery, the other facilities in the spa weren't operational.

Staff was sweet and caring, big thanks to Francesco and Nikoals! And Maria from the Spa area, all of you guys were amazing.

For the price of this hotel they are missing some more luxurious touches like a proper turn down service not just closing the doors, when the room was serviced the tea and coffee were not replenished, the glass we used the previous day was not replaced so it left us with one tumbler to drink out of. I did ring down and this was rectified quickly The main thing that lets the experience down is the service around the pool area during the day is a little slow and had to wait over 20 mins to order some lunch and drinks and then wait for it to come which was not ideal as I had a spa treatment booked, more staff around the pool would make this hotel excellent.

The room was lovely and big and bright and loved the hot tub outside We had dinner at the restaurant which was lovely and food was fabulous I had a spa treatment which was excellent, however I would expect it to be due to price, I would highly recommend using the spa

My room was too far away from main hotel and my friends’ room. Although my room was supposed to be an upgrade, I found it too small and pokey and it only had a shower and no bath. My friends room which was cheaper was much bigger, airy, fresh and had a bath and shower and a hot tub. I guess she got lucky! So there are some great rooms in the hotel. Just wasn’t very keen or impressed by mine

Room was to have been cleaned to meet Covid standards but the previous guest left a plaster stuck on the shower wall that was still there when we checked in. Room service super slow, turn down service did not include a straightening up and used items were not replaced.

Courtesy and front desk staff were great, went the extra mile to move us around when we needed or went the beach. Room was super nice and fun and perfect for the family of four. Breakfast was great was was the location.

The view is the port these huge vessels are coming and going lots of people with luggage passing and hovering in the area.

It faces the port which ruins the view and the ambience drastically. The pool area is too windy out of 5 days we could only swim once. The rooms are very smart and comfortable. The staff is as helpful as possible
