Worth every penny. Where to start: amazing client relations. Incredibly comfortable bed. This matters, a lot. Wonderful decor, great service all around. Probably the best breakfast offering I have had in Europe, outside of the UK, with a great balance of healthy, Greek and other options. Wonderful service: Maria at the restaurant, Marina, the spa manager is also a wonderfully skilled therapist. All round lovely people. Oh and try the Nama cocktail…

We had an amazing 9 day stay. The staff are truly wonderful. We loved Vicki who helped us with everything and George from the beach. It was truly magical and the facilities are wonderful. The resturant was delicious. Our room was amazing. Truly a 5 star stay from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much “grand” staff for making our vacation wonderful.

Only what is making us sad every day it a private transfer arranging by hotel ((( Driver can came and leave in 5 minutes with out us or bring us in wrong direction and we can be for one hour in the car . And what is surprise me most is general manager Panagiotis , usually when guest having some trouble in 5 stars hotel staff trying to solve it and making thing smooth. He was very arrogant and instead of trying to resolve the situation, he tried to accuse us.

Very nice and quiet hotel. It’s good if you don’t wanna have party all the time ) for the loud music and dancing you can go any time to beach bars and clubs all it’s very near . Hotel have beautiful private beach. Very nice food in restaurant. Perfect breakfast! And the staff at restaurant trying to find you everything you need even if it is not in menu . The one tiny thing that wasn't perfect was that the hair dryer was weird. You had to hold the "on" button down while drying your hair which was hard to do. There were a few issues with room initially (AC wasn't working in the bathroom, electrical outlets not working along one wall) but all were addressed immediately. Also a microwave in the room would have been nice.

Breakfast, room, and view were exceptional. Service was exceptional.

they moved in the last two days of our trip ,so we lost the day, and we must do our luggages, even we want to pay for a superior too but to stay where we were. Bad understanding for what a five star hotel is .

The spa-there is only person working. No lively restaurants in the premise. Just a pool restaurant.

Nice beach access and nice views. The gym is decent and spa looks nice. Staff lovely and sweet.

Nothing, it was amazing.

The resort was stunning, sitting on the side of a mountain overlooking the sea. The pool and beach area were amazing, the staff delivered impeccable service with a smile and true professionalism and team work.

The price of the food/drinks are absolutely absurd. They are probably the most expensive i’ve ever seen. Sometimes the staff are a little bit too concerned about your wellbeing of your stay.

The placement of the hotel on the island is fantastic, you can visit the city centre very easily. Most of the staff are very friendly, and the beach/view was beautiful. You can see Delos from the beach.
