A lot of stairs to climb for a 74 year old and parking is a fair way away.

Only small issue was the steps or steep hill to property, but then I wouldn’t have got such an awesome view, if any mobility issues would not be suitable

Stunning views, ultra clean, good size room, comfortable with additional little touches, picked up from airport and returned, Babis is a very strong man carrying my suitcase as I would have struggled, great hairdryer provided, curtesy bottle of water and initial tea and coffee to get you started, couldn’t fault it, loved it 😊

The long flight of steps from the Skiathos seafront up to our hotel ( pension) took time to do slowly but this was part of the charm.

Babis the owner and his efficient wife Yotra were marvellous. He picked us up from the Airport in his car and at the end of our stay he offered to take us to the ferry which we declined. We had a roof top apartment - a lot of steps from Skiathos seafront and 2 short flights of stairs within the hotel BUT then a marvellous view over Skiathos seafront- watching planes take off and land,watching the charter yachts come and go just below us,and the Seajets ferries coming and going. We also had the use of the large rooftop terrace. The fridge was excellent -ice cubes in an hour and good cooking facilities ( we used only once).

There are steps going up to the property. It seemed steep at first but we soon got used to it after a couple of days.

Beautiful views of the harbour from the terrace. Lovely people, clean air conditioned rooms.

I liked everything.

The view was spectacular. The pictures don't do it justice. The room small but clean and cosy. We were picked from the airport, Mr Babis did not let us carry the luggage even if we insisted. His wife explained everything, they were both so kind and helpful even if we stayed only 1 night. Will definitely return with pleasure.

The number of steps up from the port! We are in our late seventies and found it tiring. Anyone younger and fitter would certainly have no problem and the view from the rooms is certainly worth the effort.

We returned home last night from a 2 week stay at Babis. We had a 2nd floor room with balcony connecting to a roof terrace with a stunning view of the port and airport. Babis the owner collected us from the airport which a nice bonus and we couldn’t fault anything. The rooms were spotlessly clean with sheets and towels changed every couple of days. Some pretty touches throughout made this a very pleasant stay.

Highly recommend 10/10 Communication prior to my arrival was excellent, Mr . Babis picked me up from the harbour and offered me a free upgrade room upstairs ( room 11 ) with wonderful views over Skiathos harbour. Very friendly staff , got a free lift to the airport too....a first for me All in all very pleasant stay

The spectacular views across the harbour, watching the hustle and bustle of the yachts and ferries coming and going, together with a great view of aircraft landing & taking off from the nearby airport. More even than this was the hospitality shown by Babis and his team , including the invaluable service of pickup and drop at the beginning and end of your stay. With daily cleaning of the good sized room , and even more spectacular views from the rooftop terrace, I would not hesitate to recommend Babis to anyone visiting Skiathos Town.

Lovely friendly hosts. Clean rooms and a beautiful sun terrace to watch the boats go by. Plus free pickups to and from the airport. Highly recommend Hotel Babis.
