Moschatos Beach House is truly a 10/10 destination for a relaxing getaway. Located just steps away from the beach, with a private path leading to the serene Kamari Beach, it's the perfect spot to catch breathtaking sunrises. The apartment we stayed in was incredibly spacious and fully equipped for an extended stay. We didn’t lack anything—from a coffee machine with capsules to a stocked fridge, iron, ironing board, and more. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. Adriana's hospitality was exceptional and went beyond our expectations. She provided beach towels, helped arrange transportation to Fira and the airport, and was always available to assist with any requests. Her recommendations for local restaurants and tavernas were spot on. We highly recommend Moschatos Beach House for both short and long stays. You won’t be disappointed

The location is great. A beautiful garden all around the property, and there's a private passage down to the beach. The room was clean, and had all the conveniences necessary. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. Great all around!

Location was fantastic, a 5 minute walk to Kamari beach. Really peaceful and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Jannis was very friendly, helpful and we enjoyed learning about the island and his life growing up here.

idea - we bought many plastic water bottles. we would welcome a large barrel with a faucet where drinking water can be refilled. We would also like to pay for it. But it would save buying plastic.

wonderful accommodation. Shaded terrace with tree. beautifully furnished apartment and kitchen. A quiet and undisturbed place to relax. About five minutes to the beach via a private path past the church. I recommend it to everyone who wants to be in the town and still live in privacy a short distance from the beach. The accommodation was superb. The villa is located 50 meters from the beach, right next to the mountain, a more isolated place, with few people, which you reach on a street that is intended only for the residents of the area. Spacious, furnished rooms. Perfect cleaning, once every two days I mention the kindness and availability of the owners. Adriana attentive to everything, she reacted to our questions. Moreover, he offered to organize our travel from the Airport, then to Fire. He also contributed to the organization of the 2 trips that I requested. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Moschatos Beach House

Very quiet area, far from the crowds and noise of the promenade. Lots of plants which make the place unique as most of the houses are just block in the middle of nowhere:) Very efficient airco.

Great location on the edge of Kamari, separate from the main town but with good facilities within minutes' walk. Wonderful views/sunrises and close to the quieter end of the beach. Very clean apartment and good outdoor space.

Adrianna and Yannis were great hosts. They kept on checking on us since we arrived Santorini passing on many information such as places to visit, restaurant recommendations etc. The property was so clean and beautiful. Moreover it included all the kitchen appliances, toiletries, private access to the beach, high speed wifi etc. They helped us with car rental as well. We faced no troubles at all. We highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Santorini. Plenty of great restaurants around the property and everything you need is right around the corner.
