We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only thing that seemed to work a little iratically were the lifts. which seem to have a mind of their own at times. A small point in what was overall an exceptional experience.
The location of the hotel is excellent giving access to the whole city easily. The staff are amazing they are some of the best I have come across being very aware and helping even before you have to ask. The hotel is clean, rooms are great and the roof top bar and pool are a great bonus in a central city hotel.

United KingdomA very nice modern hotel in a fantastic position in the centre of Thesaloniki close to Modiano market and ladadika district where you can enjoy authentic greek cuisine. The Ennea roof bar is beautiful with amazing views of the city and the Gulf of Thermaikos. Finally, the staff, in particular Peter and Eleni at the front desk, were friendly, professional and very helpful. FORGET ELECTRA PALACE, MAKEDONIA PALACE OR THE ON HOTEL. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN THESALONIKI

Cayman IslandsThis is probably the best hotel I ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The attentiveness and professionalism of absolutely every staff member - is beyond imaginable. Ask something one day - the next day an absolutely different reception shift which you never saw - greets you like they know you for weeks and remembers everything you ever asked during previous days from different reception personnel. And no - there's no "let me check in the computer", they just know! Breakfast personnel - yes, they know what you like, from your previous morning there (and, BTW, breakfast until 11am is a great idea). Everyone speaks perfect English, everyone is always smiling. No idea what's the secret there, but this place is managed in an absolutely perfect way.

Very high quality hotel with good trained and super service minded staff. There is a valet parking, outside lounge area and a pool on the roof. Breakfast was imaginary - cocktails in the evening the same - with live music.

GreeceHousekeeping (not attentive as appropriate and to the standards of Marriott) could be significantly improved (i.e espresso machine left two of the three days full of water and empty coffee pods, third day we had removed them). Also towels changed once in 3 nights (I believe due to the climate protection and energy policy) still though hand towels changed daily which is odd. Cleaning of the surfaces needs more attention, likewise the floor (especially bathroom's one, they need to try dry the water on the floor and not leave it dry naturally, as it's not easy in the winter ans with windows closed). Cleaning of common places fair but back courtyard needs more attention (especially cause of the flowers). Size of classic room ok for a solo business traveler or long weekend couple, but not suitable for a couple coming from a previous trip / going to an other, hence with a couple of medium / large size suitcases. Room service menu can be enriched (few options), likewise the mini bar goods (too basic for a city, 5 star Marriott hotel). Room interior nice, but due to each architecture and limited size if you open the suitcase using the portable table for this reason (suitcase needs to be laced on it as the only available space in the room), placed next to the mini bar, ending up making it hard to use it (at the end, hotel losing income and guest unable to experience the mini bar service or even the mini fridge itself). All in all a nice/new city hotel with great potential. Some minor changes will make the difference.
Staff brilliant= thumbs up especially to f&B dpt employees as well as front desk ones. Location just great! Food nice! Prices in par.

Marianthi, from reception, created a full 4-day schedule for us, which was spot on, exactly what we wanted! She and everyone else made us feel home! We will be visiting them again shortly.

Serbiaour room 401 was opposite the staff room and it was quite noisy while the rooms were being cleaned from 7am to 4pm. the rooms facing the courtyard are much quieter in the entire hotel than those facing the hotel entrance
