Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesOnly complaint was that our door rattled a bit every time someone came in and out of the building at night. And the area was very safe and walkable restaurants, but it looks a little sketchy walking past the abandoned train station
The property was beautiful and the pool was lovely. Breakfast was very very good with lots of options, plus homemade pastries, jams and such. Would definitely stay again

Staff were all fantastic especially at reception - very helpful and informative about visiting the monasteries and showed us options on a map. Swimming pool was a great relief from the June heat. Only regret was we only stayed one night...should have stayed for two minimum.

The guesthouse is conveniently located close to town, restaurants, and the monasteries. On each of the mornings we stayed, our day began with a large breakfast and a short drive to the monasteries or other local sites. The staff were very helpful, providing us a local map, viewing times and other suggestions. We were there around May 1, so we did not use the pool given the cool weather. It looked very inviting however. Overall, we would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. We had a family room, perfect for our family of 4 with balcony looking over the Meteora mountains. The swimming was pristine and a lucky escape from the heat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We hope we will come back again!

The staff were incredibly friendly, rooms are very comfortable including a shower with a door not a curtain! Amazing breakfast with lots of homemade goodies. I wish we stayed longer.

Small town hotel in the best way! Home made breakfast, very friendly team, especially Vasiliki who was so nice and booked great restaurants for us(listen to her!). Room was big and comfortable for 5 with kitchen. Location in the most picturesque area with Meteora next. Pool was lovely and our kids enjoyed it!

IsraelWater in the swimming pool are not heated, there is no Jacuzzi or Sauna. (Maybe stretch expectations I had). 5-10 minutes walking from the center of the town.
The hotel is charming, prestigious feeling, nice swimming pool however water are not heated and there is no Jacuzzi or Sauna. Rooms are big, comforting. Excellent breakfast. Magnificent view of Meteora. Reception always nice with a smile, willing to help. Cost effective.
