Nothing. It’s a cave so the bathroom has no window but it’s ok for me.

Probably the best in Perrisa, we stayed for 3 days with a very good price. Love the 5 mins walk to the beach and enjoy a coffee there. Nice cute kittens accompany in the hotel. Very very good breakfast.

Salty tap water - not for drinking, but this is in all Santorini, so nothing wrong to the place where I stayed👍

Beautiful quiet place, with pool view, just like on picture! Very relaksing place, especially when you sit and drink tea next to the pool. Rooms very clean, cleaned every day. Breakfast delicious. Service is very helpful and kind. Printed my airplane tickets

Everything was great...from my arrival to the last minute. Staff was excellent,room as well. Very kind and friendly staff. I enjoyed every minute there. Distance from black beach max 5 min walk. Highly recommended!!!♥️

Excellent and friendly staff, breakfast options were good. Closer to public transport. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. We will visit this place again whenever we come to Santorini.

I mentioned it in the hotel and hopefully they'll change the beds for the future. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Also the swimming pool was tiny but the beach was so close and beautiful.

Everything was just great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff was fantastic, ladies cleaned our room every day. It was very clean. Breakfast was ok. (Tea, coffee, juice, milk, omelette, boiled egg, Greek salad, ham, cheese, fruits, cake, jam, butter) to choose from and as much as you like. The Boss lady was very attentive and ready to assist at any time. The location was good. Quite loud on Saturday but that was understandable. 5 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from all amenities. I would recommend renting a car to explore the island but also public transport is only down the road and reliable.

Wonderful stay with lovely hosts From the warm and efficient check-in experience to the exceptional level of care and service that went well beyond what you'd typically expect from a hotel, I felt truly treated throughout my entire stay. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty, offering not just typical hotel services but also invaluable assistance in navigating some unexpected challenges during my journey to Naxos Island. Their exceptional support extended to organizing transportation and resolving various issues related to my ferry journey and accommodation on Naxos. The location is ideal. The beach, restaurants, bakery, markets are within 5 min. walk. There is also a local bus if you want to go to Fira. The room I stayed in was very clean with a balcony with a beautiful view. The breakfast was very pleasant with an amazing hostess.

Our kitchen cabinet was partially broken, which was a little shabby. I found the bathroom was not completely clean to my standard when we moved into our room.

We thought our studio was incredibly cute, room number 12 - like a tiny house. Besides, everything you need was within walking distance. (Beach, stores, supermarkets, places to eat)

I have a wonderful stay at this hotel the host was amazing. Her manner is one of being very polite, warm welcome and caring person who will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable. I had arrived early and she allowed me to put my luggage away and got the room ready earlier than scheduled. Breakfast was always a delight as you got to see the host and talk to her she is great at making lovely cakes and i was able to eat a lot of it on my last day. The hotel location is also great excellent bus stops and beach nearby. I would recommend you stay at this hotel compared to any others in the area trust me you will have a great experience.

It is to be expected that the prices are high at this the peak time of the season. So perhaps a bit more value for money would have been preferred but I understand the going rate at high season.

I loved the location close to the beach but a nice distance to offer peace and quiet. I loved the familial style in which it was run. Ifigenia was an astounding hostess, so warm and generous with a big smile to greet me everyday. She did everything possible to make sure I had the perfect stay including making biscuits every day for breakfast. All of the staff were lovely including Harry. Such a lovely welcome. The room was cleaned daily. Thank you for the perfect stay in Perissa

Such a cosy and peaceful place. Perfect localization - close to the beach, near the bus stop, close to the mountain trails - and still outside the main street - so peace and quiet guaranteed :) Good breakfast. Nice staff make friendly atmosphere. Thanks for everything :)

If I could pick anything I didn’t like which is hard, more of a if one thing could improve it would be comfier loungers at the pool that’s it! Nothing else it was brilliant

This was a beautiful place to stay, Ifigeneia is a lovely person and Harris and his dad where the perfect hosts. We would return again and again! Close to beach and bars with Mountain and beach views which we loved. Rooms cleaned every day but friendly cleaners. We just loved our time here

The water is desalinated but still very salty.

The hotel was difficult for the driver from the airport to find but once I was there I had a great 10 day stay. The room had a big balcony with a view of the church and the sea. The staff were excellent and the breakfast sitting outside was good with a large choice. I didn't use the pool as I don't swim! The cost for 10 days was very reasonable. If I came back to Santorini I would certainly stay in Perissa and this hotel again. Fira and Oia were too crowded but OK for day trips if cruise boats aren't in dock and Kamari was boring. The hilltop village of Pyrgos is worth a trip for panoramic views and a visit to Penel;ope's, a lovely cafe.The island itself is stunning. The bus service is cheap and frequent. The 24 hour bakery in Perissa is a must. The cakes and savouries are excellent and the coffee is great. Beer too! I wish I'd found it in my first week! Good restaurants everywhere. Ancient Thira was my favourite. Family run and excellent food.

To be honest everything was very good and we had no issues.

Good location walking distance to beach, town and local bus service. Accommodation was very good with breakfast included. The latter was excellent way to start the day. Fixed daily menu but service and quality was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful everything from local trips and car hire. Santorini is a beautiful Island locals very friendly and helpful. Lots of attractions/places of interest being an island you can be active or just relax on the beaches. Would recommend Santorini as a place to visit.
