The room was a bit small but we knew that when booking. No surprises and very clean with a comfy bed!

Anna was amazing, very helpful and had lots of recommendations! She helped us book a tour which ended up being a highlight of our trip. The included breakfast amazing with lots of variety. Would highly recommend!

Greece has poor plumbing so expect some funky smells from the drains. I mentioned this and staff saw to it pretty immediately. I would love the rooms to have more colour to make them stand out and be even cosier and cosier, more luxury bedding would make this even more of a great hotel

The staff at Mersina are absolutely astounding. I was there in the summer and Angi who managed the desk went over and above to help make sure my stay and travel went smoothly to and fro from the port and airport etc as well as just checking in on me as I was a solo woman traveller. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! The mix of sweet and savoury was great and honestly it is more than enough to start your day on. I liked that it was a 10/15 minuet walk to a beach where the sunset was gorgeous to watch. Whilst it is on a busy road, the soundproofing on the windows in the room was sufficient to keep out the road noise and I slept really well. I would highly recommend staying here because the staff especially make you feel welcome, safe and as though you are family - even with the language barrier. Water had to be turned off to fix a leak, which wasn't a problem, but we weren't told in advance, nor were we told when it would be turned back on. Other than that had a lovely stay.

Very clean and comfortable room. Our room got upgraded when we arrived. 7 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the main town. The town of Naoussa is fantastic

I really liked the location of the hotel, it is walking distance from everything you could possibly need. The staff are exceptional, I've never felt more welcome. Anna will provide a detailed map at check in with all the information about the island. The breakfast was amazing, fresh pastries daily - amazing!

Only thing that would have made it any better is a pool but that is just trivial.

Anna at reception was amazing and so helpful. I was made to feel so welcome. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. Rooms very clean although bathroom very basic. Bus stop to get around almost out the front and Anna gives you very helpful map and timetable. Walk into town about 10-15 mins.

The hotel is located next to a busy road, so it is a bid loud. The balcony was close to the next house, so privacy was limited. The closest beach is a walking distance away, but it is not too nice.

We liked everything about our stay! The room was clean and nice. The homemade options for the breakfast were TOP. The location was also perfect - a walking distance to Noussa's most touristic part with cafes and restaurants and to Piperi beach. Everyone was very helpful starting from the owner to hosts! I would like to specifically mention Anna who helped us a lot in exploring the island and getting to its hidden gems. I will absolutely go back!

The property itself was stunning, immaculately clean, bright and airy, very close to the beach. The beds were some of the comfiest we’ve ever slept on. The breakfast was a true highlight, everything homemade, loads of choice, fresh ingredients. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, arranging transport and also sharing great tips of both local and further afield excursions.

AC didn’t seem to be as good in the night..would have liked a kettle in the room.

Breakfast was good . Staff were very nice and this is a comfortable hotel. I am very fussy. Following comment prob why I would stay in town. Although you’re probably looking at a lot more money to get what you get with this hotel.

Anna was a lovely host, she was very helpful and friendly during our stay. The location of this place is great, only 10 min walk to Noussa town through a special path. Private beach only 2 min away that had stunning water. Room was exactly as shown and very clean. Breakfast was great

Great location and the friendliest customer service. So friendly and helpful with all of our questions and requests. Ang was super helpful when we missed our original flight and transfer and had to arrange transport to the hotel. Central location, easy to walk to bakery, supermarket, the local port.

The hotel is in a great location just a short walk outside of the main part of Naousa. It’s clean, bright and has everything you need for a stay. The staff though are absolutely the best thing about this place. Angie was amazing from check-in and right throughout my stay, and Anna was so helpful in helping me pre-arrival and also organizing tours and connecting me with other guests. As a solo traveller I felt like I was staying with friends and family the whole time, such is the environment the staff have created at this fantastic hotel where everyone feels welcomed and at home from the moment they arrive.
