Not as what we expected, the room seems to have been renovated but still with the old shower, the room was very humid during our stay that We had to turn on the air conditioner to dehumidify all the time.

The hotel at the entrance of the path to the main area of the Imerovigli , less than 5 min by walk you can arrive to the seaside on the cliff, We like the swimming pool and the breakfast, staffs here were friendly

Charming little hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was excellent, very well equipped and clean. There was a pool which we did not use but seemed very nice, with many people sun-bathing during the day. Breakfast had many options which were delicious.

Meroviglia is completely enchanting. Upon entrance to the beautiful tiled foyer, you feel you are in a sanctuary. Ioanna is a charming host and the staff are always friendly, attentive and so professional. We loved our room with its vaulting ceiling and superb outlook to the sea. The bed and linen is high quality and very comfortable. Do not miss the breakfast!!! It is in a class of its own. The chef prepares incredible dishes and uses lovely herbs and the tastiest tomatoes we’ve ever eaten!! It is a very generous menu with many choices. We really enjoyed the yogurt and sour cherries too. Throughout, the staff were so professional but always very warm and friendly. On the basis of the breakfast, we had dinner at their restaurant (Fico). There is clearly so much love and care put into each dish. We had the ceviche, the Calabrese salad, the sirloin steak and a seafood pasta - all were wonderful. This was complimented by tremendous cocktails (Martini, Negroni and Taste of Capri) It was one of the most memorable and romantic meals of our life. Big thank you to all involved in making this hotel such a fabulous destination.

The property was beautiful, the people working there were absolutely lovely and so helpful. As a solo traveller this was the perfect place to stay. The breakfast included is delicious and so copious, you can take up to three choices, you will be full until late afternoon believe me! The staff helped me find a car to rent and were always available for me if I had any questions. Definitely recommend staying there!

Absolutely nothing

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, it has a very homey feel. The rooms are luxurious and super comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious every morning I looked forward to picking from the menu. But the staff were the best part, they are the most welcoming and warm people, as someone travelling solo I never felt alone there. I was very well looked after and will be returning.

The aesthetic is amazing, it is new and clean and we had a great time at the hotel. The location is convenient. Ioanna and her team are lovely, attentive and helpful before and throughout our trip. She also helped me call up all the places I wanted to go for booking. The breakfast is so great too! And don’t skip on their Italian inspired restaurant. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Nothing... loved absolutely everything about the Hotel.

We absolutely adored our stay at the Meroviglia Boutique Hotel. From the moment we first arrived ... we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes by host ioanna and the hotel staff ... they made sure we settled in for our holiday straight away and recommended the very best places to visit by day and fun bars and clubs to visit at night. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious and the outside veranda areas have wonderful views of the sea. The breakfast that was prepared for us each day was absolutely delicious and the chef even handpicked fresh mint leaves from the garden to garnish the tasty fruit bowls and salads for us.The pool area is really stunning and the music played really creates a wonderful vide to relax in. The staff enjoyed making different varieties of tasty cocktails and recommending the very best Grecian wines. The hotel really has everything you will need .. a beautiful ambiance.. great pool ..fun and super friendly staff and stunning comfortable rooms.

- phenomenal breakfasts - great way to start the day - Caldera view, from the highest spot in Imerovigli - Perfect location between Fira and Oia, right on the Fira to Oia walking path. Avoids the cruise ship masses in Fira and the hordes in Oia - March weather was perfect for hiking, hot under the sun with a cool breeze. - Joan, Manager of Meroviglia, was a superb hostess, anticipating our needs, making suggestions, recommending restaurants, booking scooter, organizing cars, very hospitable. - The whole staff was very helpful and accommodating. - Great cocktails in the evening around the warm fires.

If you are looking for a quiet village feeling the. This would be a great location but if you want more lively environment even in winter/low season months then Fira or Oia would be better choices to stay.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful. They arranged for a taxi back to the airport and also prepared breakfast the day before (as we had to leave early) with a signature juicy lemon cake, croissants, and more!!

Nothing, everything is simply perfect!

Everything is simply PERFECT! If you are travelling to Santorini, I stronlgy recommend staying at Meroviglia Boutique Hotel. It is located in a smaller village between the Oia and Fira. It is a beautiful place in order to be a bit away from tourists and feel the authenticity of the Island. You can reach Fira by a 15-20min walk with a magnificent view over the typical landscape of Santorini, a breath-taking view on the sea; white houses; and sunset. As soon as you enter Meroviglia you are part of a family, and that place become you home in Santorini. Ioanna helped me arrange my arrival at the Hotel via a Taxi driver (brand new Mercedes). Once I arrived at the Hotel, she intorduced to me to the team, and so you feel part of a family. The guys at the Bar are great and super friendly! High service skills and excellent cocktails maker. Ioanna gave me additional information about the best places to visit in Santorini, and organised a rent a car. On my arrival, she made me visit two rooms, and I was able to chose the one in which I felt better. They really pamper the guests and provide with a 5* service. The property has a great history. It was owned by an aristocratic family and the architecture as well as the furniture in the main building are just magnificent. The rooms are clean, spacious, very stylish and special attention has been put in all little details. Just next to the property there is a traditional Greek Blue Dome Church - its simply beautiful to make pictures of it and for curious people, there is regular services that you might visit. I can strongly recommend to stay there.

EVERYTHING. Listen, go here! If you want to be spoiled and feel like a luxurious person, this is the place to stay. Not only is it centrally located for walking to Fira, but you could take a decent hike to Oia. However, if you didn't want to adventure out, you could always stay in (like we did on a rainy day) and have a personal massage in your room by Yannis. Fantastic! The staff will arrange it all for you. Literally, anything we could think of, they could make it happen. I'm telling you, we were spoiled from the moment we rolled our suitcases in and Kostas took them to our room and Ioanna (the hotel manager) said hello to us. When we weren't adventuring in the car we rented or out on a sunset yacht (all managed and booked by the staff), we were at the hotel beginning entertained by Aris, Pablo, Demetrius, and the whole crew. Even Danny the dog. He was a favorite!!! When learned so much about the area and Greece from the guys and Ioanna. We couldn't have asked for a better off-season Santorini experience. Not only was the staff amazing, but so was the drinks and food. Just go. You won't be disappointed. Between the people who keep this hotel running, the views of the island, to the delicious food and drinks. 10/10 recommend.

You must stay here when visiting Santorini!! The hotel is so beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a stunning balcony view. The hotel’s restaurant, Fico, was some of the best food we had during our stay in Santorini. So much so that we ate here three times during our six day stay in addition to the delicious daily breakfast. It is the staff that truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. The attention to detail in the service is rarely found anymore and Meroviglia surpassed all of our expectations! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.
