They exceeded any expectations I had. Vicki and Micheal were incredible hosts. The breakfast was restaurant quality. The room couldn’t have been nicer. Quiet, clean and very roomy. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

The rooms facing the street can be just a bit noisy, but they provide earplugs and I slept like a baby, didn’t hear anything. The rooms that are over the interior garden are very quiet, if you have a light sleep.

The location is very beautiful and close by everything. The staff is really nice and they seem to know all of their guests, very helpful and lovely people. I love that they kept the old ceiling.

Only minor things - the smell of the room spray isn’t my taste really, but others may not notice that at all

Tastefully renovated historic building with a small number of rooms, beautifully decorated along music themes. The location is in a central lively neighbourhood but the rooms are quiet, relatively small but with all necessities. Particularly beautiful is the small courtyard with the olive tree used as a place for breakfast.

The room was very stylish. Although it was compact it had everything you would want for a long weekend stay. The highlight was the gorgeous terrace! The service was brilliant, everyone working there was friendly and made us feel very welcome. They provided us with a fully vegan breakfast option, which was delicious! The courtyard to eat breakfast was very pretty. They went the extra mile to help us celebrate my partner’s birthday and gifted him a bottle of wine, which was very generous. A perfect stay!

Going one direction, it was beautiful Greek restaurants and decor in the alleyways; going the other, it was graffiti and trash and felt a little unsafe at night. Just be careful if you are walking that direction. Also, there is no parking at the hotel (not unusual for Greece) and the garage is about a 5 min walk away; there were warnings from locals and online about making sure you do not go there at night. I would recommend you arrive earlier in the evening so you can walk in daylight. Also, no elevators - but the staff helps with luggage up the steep staircases.

The location was great - easy access to a lot of great restaurants down the alleyway, easy to get to local ancient sites, and close to the hop on hop off bus stops. The room was beautiful and very clean, with a private balcony and a view of the old church next door right out of our window. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not free but was not expensive (15euro per person) and was very tasty. The location felt very secure (needed a key card to even get into the lobby). The jacuzzi bathtub was really lovely and helped to relax our sore muscles at the end of our long trip.

The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The whole hotel was beautiful. It is in a lively part of Athens with so many places to eat nearby. The staff were amazing. Both check in and check out were very efficient. There is a little noise from restaurants nearby in the evening but it didn't disturb us at all. Don't let that deter you from staying at this beautiful hotel. So many attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. I would happily stay here again.

The newly renovated hotel has very nice rooms. It is in the amazing neighborhood of Psiry and very close to Monastiraky, the city center. Staff is very kind and available for everything you need. The room is vey clean and comfortable. You can have breakfast in a peaceful garden, the quality is very good. The price is very reasonable for a hotel like this.

Hidden luxury, close to the fun parts of town, amazing decor and textiles, curated nooks for coffee or contemplation, spacious and private. Will return, excellent find!!! Staff are really amazing, helpful and available but respectful of your space.

It was noisy outside at night, from the room “Chariot of Fire”you could hear a lot even with windows closed. It is probably known by the hotel as there was a set of ear plugs on each bedside table. Soundproofing windows should be installed to dampen the noise.

The location, in the city center next to many restaurants and shops. The building is beautiful and the room is decorated with taste. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cherry on top was the terrace for breakfast.

the staircase to reach the upped floors at the back of the house is very steep and narrow, that was a little inconvenient with our suitcases

AC was a bit noisy. At times felt like there was a Jack hammer outside so turned it off when I wanted to sleep. Was expecting normal toiletries like toothbrush/tooth paste and vanity (cotton pads/swabs).

Beautiful historical room with character. Love the old and new, so tastefully renovated and clean. Super high ceilings. My room felt like a studio. Nice rain shower with jacuzzi like tub. Good size safe. Clean. The staff especially the two women that worked there were super nice. Great location.

A parasole for the terrace would be great in the hot weather, unfortunatly it was under repair.

The lady at the reception made our stay very special by being knowledgable, helpful and very kind. She explained the concept of the hotel in a very passionate way and made sure we do not need anything. The concept of the hotel is cool. It takes into a musoc journey. And the honneymoon suit is a must to try, really amazing.

Just noting that there was no lift.

I booked for 1 night and the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and guided me for the best use of the few hours I had between flights, including an excellent roof-top bar looking to the Acropolis. I didn't get to use the bed as my stay was cut short due to my return flight being brought forward. I got to see the room that was all that was expected and thoughtfully designed.
