Good location for tavernas and bar. Nice beaches 20mins walk away. Supermarkets, Lidl etc 10 mins walk. Super friendly staff. Good balcony. Water and coffee provided. Free parking.

It would be great to add a curtain on the door because the sun is up from 5:50 in the morning so the room is unlighted very early...

The place is nice and we'll located. You can take a bus to go to Chania close by the hotel. The room is big and we'll furnished.

Only fault was the living room area with sofa bed had no air conditioning so it got very hot. Air conditioning in bedroom didn’t cool down the living area at all. Maybe a fan in living area would help. Also not enough sockets

The apartments were spotless clean and lovely pool area and pool bar. The staff were very friendly. Bus stop 2 min walk away to go into chania. Perfect location. 2 large supermarkets and restaurants close by aswell.

Amazing location, close to the supermarkets and bus stops, if you don't want to walk 10 minutes to the beach, you can easily go by bus :) Wonderful rooms, very clean, with well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. It was so nice to eat breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by flowers and trees. And the swimming pool! Big, deep, with a bar, small area for children, not crowded - usually there was no one in it. Kind staff. It was my second stay in this hotel, I definitely recommend it!!

Fantastic accommodation, spotless clean and extremely friendly staff. There was a real homely feel to the accommodation which was very nice. Good location close to bus stop with easy access to the main part. The pool area and surroundings in general were super clean. Would definitely recommend.

Air conditioning could be better. The bedroom was really cold but it didn't cool dowm the living area as much.

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful (arranged transportation etc.). The room was nice and clean, balcony view was cute. The pool area was clean / pool bar was convenient.

Our apartment was the first one from the pool and the constant music from eight am until gone midnight every day became quite invasive. Being greeted every morning by the music upon waking up became a bit irritating.

Second time here and not the last! Lovely environment, lovely staff, clean and nice rooms. Very nice pool area with a snack bar with good coffee, drinks and snacks. Outside the apartments you have everything you need, shops, nice restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets etc. and the beaches is nearby, just a little walk to the nearest beach. The buses to Chania goes from a station outside the apartments and you can buy tickets from the reception or at the bus station. A really lovely place which runs by a nice family. Fanis and Kriti along with the staff makes you feel really welcome and the service is outstanding. Looking forward to my next stay here!

the surroundings are very turistic, it is better to have a car or take the busses to travel to other places

staff was amazing! They were all very polite and gentle all the time. We were a family with a little one and they gave us an apartment on the grund floor with the view on the pool... perfect! The apartment was on poin, equipped with all we could have needed. Also they cleaned everyday!!

What an absolute gem! The staff couldn't be friendlier and more welcoming. It's in a fantastic location very close to a beautiful quiet beach and out of the hussle and bussle of busy Chania. Sadly only spent one night here but could have stayed the week! Can't wait to return.

This is my only criticism and I would hate for it to reflect too badly on the friendly team at Mediterranea Apartments, but a few days into our stay a group of around 20 young people (around 18 - 21 years old) arrived and occupied a number of the apartments adjoining ours. They could have been a lot worse, but the noise late at night and in the early hours really did ruin what (up until then) had been a really peaceful stay. I'd like to think the team will consider whether to accept group bookings such as this more carefully in future.

The apartment was spacious and kept very clean. Grounds were well maintained, decent sized pool and staff very friendly and approachable. Easy to get to central Chania on the 21 or 15 bus from the bus stop two minutes down the hill.

Lovely apartment with plenty of room and a nice sized patio. Clean, deep pool which was often empty, plenty of sun loungers and a well stocked bar. The staff are really kind people and nothing is too much for them, particularly the cleaning team and Kriti on reception. Ill definitely go back next year for my annual solo recharge!!

There was not always a parking spot available directly outside, and it would have been nice to have a microwave in the apartment.

Our apartment was very spacious with a super comfortable and extra-large bed. We really liked our patio terrace. The complex has a very attractive garden with lots of tropical looking plants and trees. The pool was really nice and the pool bar is open late with a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff were excellent - the lady at reception was very helpful with arranging excursions for us and even kindly lent us a beach umbrella one day. The cleaning staff were also very nice and helpful. The apartments are a short walk from two large supermarkets and several good local restaurants. The beaches are about a 10-15 min walk and there are four to choose from! We preferred the two smaller coves. The bus stop into the city is also very handy.

Beautiful apartment complex, lots of plants and flowers, decent sized pool, pool area never very busy, nice pool bar. Rooms were nice and very clean. Great location, many shops and restaurants nearby, as well as larger supermarkets. Short walk to a couple of beautiful beaches, short bus ride to the centre of Chania, great starting point to explore the island (even more so if you rent a car). Wonderful staff, always there to help with any questions and suggestions where to go and what to see. We loved it and would definitely return.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very polite and friendly, the apartment was cleaned everyday and the location was very good, next to big supermarket and tavern so everything you need is close . Also there is free parking if you have a car, in all a great place to stay and enjoy your holiday
