John is a great host and the staff is so friendly, the hotel was in the best location of Oia. Near by you have all the nightlife and shops. Just in front the hotel is a supermarket and most of the buses also stop right in the corner of the hotel. The view was totally amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the time of my check out, I was in a hurry and sadly no one was available when I rang the bell in the morning, when finally John opened he took really long for the check out. Besides that our experience there was great.

bathroom is small for most, but it's the norm for the Greek islands.

location was perfect which was at the beginning of the walking street. grocery store was right across the street. several bakeries from 1-6 blocks away to pick up breakfast. John the property manager gave us plenty of good recommendations and was only a text away. complimentary coffee was provided in the mornings and really hit the spot.

The bathroom was quite tiny, and the shower was especially small. There was no curtain or door for the shower, so there was a small flood everytime I used it.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the ocean from the property. Really enjoyed the communal spaces, where I often enjoyed a glass of wine, people watched, overlooking the ocean.

The room could use some repairs but it wasn't anything that would affect the stay especially for the price.

The location was beautiful. The host was kind and helpful. Best place to stay for the value. Lots of places to hang out outside and enjoy the views. Close to a market and amazing restaurants.

The view of Oía from the different outdoor areas was so beautiful. The owner was really nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The room had good AC and had comfortable beds. This location doesn’t have a pool but they have a partnership with a pool located 5 mins away which you can pay a small fee for, my kids and I really enjoyed it to cool off. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved everything but some people might find the room and bathroom to be small but that's the case with most such places and given that there is a huge sit out area it makes up for the room size.

When we booked the place, we didn't realise we would get a great location with everything closeby and yet not affected by the peak summer crowds in Oia. We did not want to stay in the cave places with a lot of staircase as I was travelling with my mother and this place worked out brilliantly from being in the centre and yet accessible. What we loved: - The host- John is a very friendly and kind host and recommended some of the best places to eat in Oia and we were surely not disappointed. - Location - As mentioned earlier it worked perfectly for us as it was on the main street yet did not have a steep climb or stairs to reach so was very accessible. Supermarket is right opposite the property and there are many eateries around. - Cleanliness - The rooms were cleaned daily and very well maintained. - Terrace - The terrace has great views and sunsets making it a great place to unwind.

John is awesome! Very nice, honest and genuine guy. We gave him 150 Euros in cash as a deposit. Since we treated his room and furnishings with respect (and did not break anything), he returned the money to us right away at check out.

I can’t fault anything about it.

The villas is beautiful. we stayed in apartment 7 which is for 5 people, so we had lots of room. The room was lovely and had a little kitchenette. Everything was as in the pictures. There was seating areas at the front back and 3 terrace’s above. The villas is of a very high standard, and was maintained and cleaned daily. The vill is positioned in a lovely location.

the jacuzzi was covered but maybe this was due to temperature still being quite cool. we didn’t ask for it to be uncovered - maybe we should have!

Janis was extremely laid back and helpful with recommendations for things to do and places to eat all of which enhanced our stay. Magical and perfect location.
