The location was just perfect! Hidden away at the end of the main strip for a little more privacy, but still within a few minutes walk of the town center. And the view was stunning!

Only thing I would say (as a light sleeper) was the fridge in our room was loud but it didn’t detract at all from our stay

The property was beautiful, everything was clean and very welcoming. We had the suite with the terrace which had an undisturbed view of the sunset each evening. All the staff were lovely. Food was delish (huge portions too!)

The location of our room is some serious level below the hotel reception via stairs, which makes it a bit tiring if you leave the room frequently. But then again, this is logical if you want to have the best location possible and all that walking is all worth it I can assure you!

Great location if you're looking for sunset! The staff are all top-notch and always will do their best to give you the perfect stay experience! From the moment we came by a taxi to the nearest parking, there was already a porter waiting to pick us up and help with our luggage to walk to the hotel location. Then in the reception we were greeted by Zanet where she gave us the map of Oia and some handy know-how tips around the area! The reception is not 24 hour available, but you can always count on the staff to arrange anything you need and if you need any help!

My only gripe with Marizan is it's an expensive, high end place all the way at the end of Oia... they should not be nickel and diming customers over bottles of water and nespresso pods. Water costs <€1 at the mini market nearby. People are spending €800+/night. Just make it gratis.

Excellent location with a great view of a part of the city, caldera and sunset in Oia. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. Breakfast has good option & is served to your room at desired time to enjoy with a view. Room service options for lunch/ dinner are great as well. Dinner was also served at the common terrace to enjoy with a view of the sunset.

Stunning setting, amazing views, beautiful relaxing (and warm!) pool - and surprisingly super quiet and peaceful location at the end of Oia away from the hordes. Breakfast was huge and varied and delivered on your private terrace with a stunning view. Staff were lovely - friendly helpful Vicky (with the best office view ever) on reception and strong men to heft heavy suitcases up and down the stairs (thank goodness!). Classic white, cascading stairs and lovely cool cave rooms which had lots of light. We took a long time choosing where to stay in Oia and were 100% not disappointed!

Hard beds.

This property is gorgeous and very unique (a cave house). Views are spectacular! Reception and staff were very responsive to all of our needs. Breakfast is a feast. Our only small complaint was that the beds were very hard. Also, like all properties in Oia, it is not handicapped-accessible. View from the patio is incredible.

We traveled after season but it was magical. The place and view was gorgious. We got upgraded to a suite for free. We had a beautiful sunset on the sea view. When we arrived we had a warm welcome, Janet explained what we needed to know around the island and helped plan our itinerary.

This place was right from storybooks. The views are breathtaking but more than that the staff were friendly, prompt to help and everything was wonderful. I had heard so many stories about how hard it is in oia to get to hotels due to steps but we didn’t even see our luggage until it was in the room and then back in the car on our way out. The staff and level of service was outstanding!

Provide separate honey and more of it instead of putting it on the yogurt. Also the hamburger was overcooked and inedible. More croissants please.
