The property is truly a hidden gem, firstly the staff outstanding ,Christina was so very delightful each and every time we encountered her the reception area even the cleaning staff was super friendly.

This is truly a beautiful place the location was excellent easy access to shops & restaurants in both Old Market and down in the port, right below the Castle. The hotel is very well kept super clean and well lite at night just a delightful place to relax after a day at the beach and the bonus of the rooftop deck with a nice view of the Temple of Apollo and the surrounding ocean.

Only there for one night, but the place was great and easy to get to from the ferry, even with the 2 heavy suitcases we had. As long as they're on wheels, you're good. Room was quite nice, our own private terrace with jacuzzi. Christina was very helpful and welcoming to us with a small bottle of sparkling wine and souvenir gift for us at checkout. Highly recommend!

Ideally located in the old town, just 3-5 mins walking distance from the Venetian castle. The staff is super friendly and helpful- they truly went the extra mile to make our staying memorable. The rooms are well equipped and decorated with style- the property has also a roof top with stunning views.

Location and hospotality. Bonus is the massage chair for free use! Totally recommend this hotel.If I come back, I would definitly stay here again. Before leaving, they also gave us Naxos cup as a souvenir, so lovely!

If I could give this place more than 10 I would! It was perfect- located right in the centre of everything, the staff were so friendly and helpful. On our arrival we were greeted with lots of recommendations and tips, our rooms was really nice ( with everything you could needed) with a large balcony and a fantastic view! We will be back :)

The air conditioning system was a bit unreliable so we end up sleeping with the doors open, as it was too hot. There was a lot of noise from the bars below the apartment, which went on until around 3am. However, you would expect this level of noise given the apartments location and it never affected our sleep.

The apartment was in a great location in the centre of the port and was only a short walk from the ferry. The staff were there to meet us and the facilities at apartment were very good, particularly the outdoor space, with chairs, table, sun beds and a hot tub. The bed was also very comfortable and we had complimentary water and wine in the fridge. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is in a great location walkable from the ferry port. You get great sunset views from the rooftop. Room is spacious and has everything you need. Staff is incredibly friendly, always made me feel comfortable and like I could reach out if I needed anything. Airport shuttle was super easy and comfortable 😊

The air conditioning was a bit weak to reach the room area properly.

The location is great, just in the Chora castle, very convenient to browse the market shops and access all the lovely restaurants. It's a busy area, but it was quiet inside the apartment. We appreciated the cleanliness and being offered everything we needed for breakfast everyday and more (fruit, bread, wine, etc.). The staff is very friendly and polite. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Cristina went above and beyond to make sure our time in Naxos was amazing! The rooftop space was beautiful and the view at night was spectacular. We enjoyed the large balcony in our room (Gold room) and the hot tub. The location was perfect and they were able to hold our luggage until we left for the Ferry hours after check out.

To reach the front door you do have to go up steep stairs, and once inside the lift to upper levels is small. We were fine with backpacks but maybe difficult with larger suitcases. Once in the room, it is extremely modern i.e. air conditioning is controlled by touch screens which were a little hard to control, and the shower also had lots of buttons.

Great location, right in town and close to the port. Communication was excellent from booking and they helped us to coordinate a car rental, and offered us a late evening check in. Our gold room had access to a large balcony space and jacuzzi, whilst the roof also has excellent views of the town. Bed was extremely comfortable. They left us complimentary wine, and we got a mug as a gift upon checking out.

Very central, nice room, helpful personnel. Coffee machine for in the mornings with plenty of pods, as well as basic (free) breakfast available within the room.
