The location is great if you have a car. If you are by foot you need to like walking and going up and down the hill with the groceries ;-)

Our host was super reactive, flexible and came in a super short amount of time when we arrived at the location. The apartment is very spacious with all the accomodations you need. It is located on a hill up to Paleochora's center, a very residential and quiet area. From the above apartments the view must have been very nice on the city and sea (we were on a ground floor apartment). Everything was as described.

Shower wasn't very good. Handheld and not fixed. No English channels on TV. Needed a lamp in the living area. Too bright or too dim. Communication via booking.com chat nonexistent.

Location was fine, but as the apartments are in the uphill area of Palaiochora, it was more convenient for us to use the car instead of walking in order to reach the town centre.

Very spacious, clean and airy apartment equipped with everything someone needs, also nice toiletries provided. There is a really nice view over Palaiochora and the sea. The owners are very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything!

The bed was a little too hard for my wife, but that's a subjective opinion, we differ on the choice of firmness. It's still ok to sleep.

The apartment was clean, big and had everything you need for a comfortable stay (washing machine, oven, two air conditioners, a large terrace with two sunbeds and outdoor dining area, etc.). The owner was very friendly and immediately offered good advice about food and spending a vacation in this city. Appartment was cleaned daily and thoroughly.

The main living area needs a little more comfort.For example low/soft lighting and some additional furniture such as a softer chair and low table. If this were done the apartment would be perfect.

The host, Valentis, met us at the bus stop and drove us to our apartment. Similarly,when leaving, he offered to drop us to our ferry. He went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you.

Be aware that the nice view is bought by a 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the city's restaurants, shops etc. The host requested us to call half an hour before arrival (fine). On that call, we were told to call again once we are at the apartment (felt redundant). But on that call, we were told that we have to wait 10 minutes to receive the keys (inacceptable). With the location being completely off the city center and amidst a residential district, this was just a waste of our holiday.

Well equipped apartment, large rooms, clean. Two balconies with a really pretty view on the town and the sea. Quiet night, and usually probably also quiet days (during our stay there were construction works on the other side of the street).

No lift to reach second floor so not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Entrance to bathroom has a small sharp step which is easy to trip in or stub your toe on.

Breathtaking views from the balcony. Very clean apartment. Hosts very friendly and welcomed us with bottles of water and soft drink in the fridge.

View is phantastic, they cleaned the appartment every day, the owner was very helpful and picked us up and dropped us at the bus station. The appartment is bug and spacious, the bed is wide and very good!

Fantastic apartment . Very very clean, and there were bath-products etc., water and soft drinks for us. The host is very helpful - we could not find apartment, the host came on his bike and guided us to the apartment. On foot less than 10 minutes to the Beach - a little longer to the center of the town - was ok - especially with an apartment with that view.

You can't charge electric gadgets or wash clothing while gone, because if you pull the key the electricity switches off. Only the fridge keeps working. The bathroom smells sometimes from the sewerage - we bought bathroom spray and blocked the floor outlet - not too big of a deal. The shower is a little tight but enough.

The view (up the hill) and the always parking situation is awesome. If you have kids or a lot of things to bring back its a little bit more inconvenient because of the 15min walk (a little up/down hill) Rooms have air-condition which work very good. The room has a lot of storage place for clothing for 4 people and if you stay a little longer you will like the washing machine installed in the apartment. There are 2 Supermarkets in town where you can buy everything you need.

Nothing really. Everybody has his own preference, so anybody can find some little thing to dislike. But I found nothing worth mentioning.

Amazing view! The flat we stayed had 180 degree sea view with whole Paleochora panorama view. The apartment was clean and functional. Big fridge, washing machine and the most important kitchen equipment. Nice and cozy. I recommend staying at Margarita!
