We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI did not realize that the property faced east and not west! so we couldn’t enjoy the sunset from our property but we certainly loved watching the gorgeous sunrise there. also, property is a bit of a distance from grocery and shops.

United KingdomLuxurious and quiet with incredible views over the eastern coastline, Mardanza was an absolute gem for us. The room was very spacious, light and modern and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay - we truly loved every minute. The suites are a little away from Imerovigli - about a 10 minute uphill walk to the main town and shops - but this helps it stay peaceful and gives it a lovely feeling of a retreat. Marinos, our host, was more than willing to help with any question or service and all this made it worth every penny.

United KingdomThe location of the property is a little more out of the way so a car or quadbike is needed really. Marinos helped us to hire a car once we arrived which was a very easy process! The only other thing I would note is there is no door on the shower (there is on the toilet), so just bear that in mind depending on who you are travelling with!
The apartments are beautiful. We absolutely loved the design and feel of the place. We had a private pool which was heated (a lot of the pools aren't in Santorini) so was alot easier to get in! Could view the sea and sunrise from the apartment. It's worth setting an alarm early to watch the sunrise from bed and then go straight back to sleep ;) For breakfast they give you a menu you can order from and bring you across the breakfast at a time you wish, the food was so good and we loved how easy it was. €8 for smaller dishes or €15 each if you want a lot to eat. Everything was super clean and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

CanadaI mistakenly thought we would be facing the caldera. The view is still beautiful, just overlooking the other side of the island.
Pool and walk out shower were a great bonus. View from the pool is superb despite not being the caldera. Bed is very comfortable. Big terrace. Walking access to the caldera.
