The property was conveniently located near all the major spots in Oia. The rooms were decent, and the hosts were incredibly kind. The breakfast provided in the morning was also very good.

I was in the basement cave room and there was some intermittent noise from foot traffic above the bed.

The hotel is well located just off the "Sunset Boulevard near the donkey statue. The online directions were confusing because it references a shop that does not have a sign on it. It would be better to say the second right after the Donkey Statue.

It was very centrally located in Oia, and considering the location well priced. However, the roof was extremely low and it felt quite claustrophobic. It was good for one night if needing to catch a ferry/flight the next day.

Always ask and wait before you do or touch everything or else you will be scolded. However, thats was understandable.

The location was good and affordable. The room had AC which was good during summer. They have blower and hair ironing thats so helpful to us. The couple owner were so accomodating as they transfer us in different room which was better. They served us with a full breakfast during our stay that was so sweet of them.

Didn't seem properly cleaned when we had arrived and the room looked a bit shabby. Bed was a bit springy but perfectly managable.

However the bathroom basin was leaking during our stay, no shower curtain, further contributing to the problem of the wet floor. Another thing; make sure you have cash for the accommodation. On booking.com it is advertised that card is okay, however upon arrival it was made clear that cash was the only option. This is fine, however it should have been communicated prior so we could prepare.

It was very nice to have our breakfast on the terrace which the host provided. The yiayia - elderly lady who served breakfast was so lovely. It's a rounded roof following the very distinctive architecture of Santorini which is lovely. Overall the accommodation was amazing value for the location.

The bed can do with more wood panels underneath, it sprung out a few times. The shower had cold water one evening. (We stayed three nights.)

It was really close to the main street with all the curio shops and restaurants. Very clean. Friendly owner and it helped a lot that she could arrange a taxi (transfer) grom the airport and back. The breakfast was nice, so we could save on a meal -Santorini is 2x as expensive as Greece mainland.

I tried to take shower two times in two separate nights and one time in the morning. There is no hot water after 15min of waiting. You can feel a slight change of temperature but that is not hot water. Also, the hair dryer provided is totally broken into two pieces. We contact the staff through booking.com in the first morning about it. The hot water immediately comes when the owner arrives. But unfortunately, it was just not working everytime I took the shower. Luckily, thhe hair dryer replaced has no problem.

The owner is very nice. She prepared breakfast for everyone, which is not mentioned in the description.

The owner/host was exceptional!! She upgraded our rooms went out of her way to make us welcome and comfortable! And in the morning she served the 8 of us with breakfast, coffee too!! She also let us keep our bags there half the day until our ferry. She was so accommodating and so lovely! Location was amazing! Right enar all the attractions and restaurants, highly recommended!

Very central in the heart of Oia but still with privacy . Great old house , beautiful with a character. The lady who runs it was so kind and lovely. Very caring and even treated us to free breakfast twice in a roll . Her baking is amazing. We’ve had a lovely time and chat. Felt like I visited family . Mistake with the booking we were supposed to have 4 single beds but it turned out to be 2 doubles

Great location and very well priced for the location. Great rooftop for viewing sunset. Offered a drink in the morning (tea, coffee, hot chocolate or orange juice) and a delicious piece of home baked cake, fresh from the oven.

No continental breakfast as advertised just a piece of stale cake but cappuccino was good. Older man who owns hotel leered at me when he showed me my room and told me how beautiful I was. Then 30 minutes before checkout time I catch him peeling into my window! (The shade on that window was broken but it was a very secluded room so I was walking around in my towel.)
