The bathroom door was hard to close and open on the bottom floor, the drainage from the shower was also not very good, the WiFi is challenging and basically only worked in the main area. It’s a lot of steep steps as well to get to this stay so just be aware.

The location is remarkable and you get all the views and access to the best shops and restaurants in Oia. Porters were super helpful with our luggage and the concierge was always available with anything we needed via cell. The breakfast was delicious and delivered promptly every morning.

A lot of people going through and looking in our windows

Everything was amazing! Guest relation Mary is very kind and polite, she arranged private transfer for us, met us and accompanied to the villa. She helped us to order excursions, taxi and other facilities. Every day we had fresh breakfast in the villa, included in living. Villa is supplied by everything useful- all crockery, iron, hair dryer. We had every day cleaning. Upper terrace is very beautiful!

Sooo many steps to climb and found walking down them hard on the knees at times, but so worth it everytime. Bathroom downstairs is campact but completely manageable. Hand rail would be a great help for the staircase to the upper floor.

Breakfast was light and filling with a great selection. Location was excellent with amazing views over the sea. Public steps go directly by the front door and many tourists tend to look in as they climb the steep staircase from the photo hotspots, so be aware and just go with it.

The room is amazing, the attention to detail immaculate, and the location second to none. You're in the heart of Oia. It's my 4th time in Oia and it was the best and roomiest room I've stayed.

The post office where we are supposed to meet is a bit far away. On the way to the hotel, the host was on her phone and didn't notice us even though we called out to her several times. She walked fast, and we occasionally lost sight of her in the crowds.

The view is absolutely amazing! Very clean and spacious room. Having dinner on the second-floor terrace became the best memory for our family.

This isn’t a reason for you not to come, because it’s minor, but would have loved for the couch to be super comfortable, we couldn’t lay back and relax anywhere inside other than a bed, but the outdoor spaces are the highlight which makes sense because you wanna be out there most of the time anyway.

The view is INSANE. So gorgeous. Honestly one of the best spots in Oia I’m sure. Very central and easy to access.

since it’s in the middle of Oia, we found people looking into our porch and walking up and down the stairs outside the villa at all hours of the day. it didn’t feel very private or quiet. we went at the end of April, so it wasn’t even busy season. the hot tub doesn’t get very warm and we couldn’t figure out hot to control it.

this is the cutest little villa in the heart of Oia. from the upstairs balcony, if you look up to the right, the iconic blue domes are right above your head. the interior design is beautiful. the property managers were so sweet. they delivered breakfast each morning and even brought us gifts for Easter. to top it off, my boyfriend proposed at sunset on the balcony. it was perfect!

The property was in a wonderful location just perfectly in the centre of Oia and next to the blue domes! It was peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was lovely and warm, beds comfortable and the whole villa was spacious for our family! The breakfast was also delicious and Mary our host was very helpful!

We had a small issue with ants getting into the kitchen but we were able to clean them up easily. Other than that, everything was great!

The property has an amazing location just below one of the most photographed areas of Oia. The jacuzzi was pure heaven. We enjoyed relaxing there and taking in the amazing view between our outings. The Villa itself is absolutely charming! It’s a modern updated cave house and is visually stunning. It was very comfortable with the AC units and the beds were extremely comfortable. Pure luxury!! I’d like to give a shout out to the staff who always responded in a prompt manner. When the staff arranged our transport for us it was always friendly and on time. This is greatly appreciated! We enjoyed having the breakfast delivered each day, that is a great amenity! The upper outside deck was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. Be aware there are several sets of stairs down to the Villa and often times there can be lines of people waiting on the stairs to get photos. This didn’t bother me at all but it’s good to be aware. This property is 10/10! I highly recommend it!

The jacuzzi has direct views to the street and people can see you directly. We found that there’s no privacy and that it would be desirable to put a glass just in front, to avoid people putting their hands into the water or seeing you. The appartment has great sea views, however it does not has views to the blue domes.

We loved the design of the apartment and also the location. The hostess was really nice and helpful. She managed the rental of our car and everything we needed during our stay. The apartment is clean and breakfast was good.

We had a amazing stay, the view of the caldera from the upstairs bedroom is absolutely stunning. The cavelike bedroom downstairs is super cozy. I can absolutely recommend this place with no doubt.

No hot water, contacted them about it with no response to it. Also left a birthday gift there. Contacted them on way to airport about it, literally 15 min after we left. Said it wasn’t there after I had had to follow up about it twice after. That was disappointing.
