In the beach bar even at night they use plastic cups for cocktails And other expensive beverages. The flavour changes very much drinking from plastic. But they do serve beer in bottle..

Overall the pricing for this location and the prices charged at the on site facilities was quite expensive and so little value for money. This resort is a family playground and thus not really great for the more mature looking for a quiet experience. The location is off center and consequently not much to take in the immediate surrounding areas within walking distance. Although we were asked about our checkout time on arrival and as such we shared our earlier departure time prior to breakfast being available we were not told about being able to request an early breakfast and watched another couple get the service while we waited for our taxi. It quickly becomes obvious some of the serving staff simply want you to spend leaving a feeling that it's all about the money. Related to this we encountered one server who came across quite abruptly.

Although presented as an hotel, this establishment is a resort similar to what one would find in Mexico and as such offers all that one would expect to find at a resort with various restaurants to experience beach side snacks available with sun bed by the sea and a call button to request food and beverage service by the loungers on the beach. Service is also available near the main pool. The staff is very friendly and all try to be very serving with few hiccups in service. In particular we found that the maid was most helpful and very dedicated to her work and basically liked her job. This resort offered a full breakfast buffet with a complete selection with several counters filled with food to choose from including made to order omelets and eggs. The room had a small fridge which is useful and nearby Malia supermarkets once identified offered various goods to take back to the room.

Food is really expensive for Crete if you book without the all inclusive. Breakfast buffet is expansive, but generally pretty so-so beyond the yogurt and fruits. 38 euro for dinner buffet- absolutely worth going elsewhere to eat if your priority is good food. Not a lot do in walking distance off location- so I imagine good for shorter stays for couples and adults.

The property is stunning- the beach and pool really are spectacular. Rooms are so beautiful and spacious, bathroom feels luxurious, and having a balcony is so nice. We loved the property for a 2 night stay to recover from jet lag. Honeycomb and fresh Greek yogurt alongside fresh squeezed orange juice. 5-15 minute walk to spectacular restaurants off property. I saw some negative reviews about the kids- when we stayed in late May, there were plenty of young children, but this in no way impacted my stay. Yes there are kids in the pools and sidewalks, but you can still have a romantic stay if you don’t hate kids on principle.

The staff in kids club who wanted me to leave my child alone with them when she was insecure and needed me to stick around. Old school way of looking at children. To expect them to be alone with strangers and look with angry eyes at the parents who want to stay and support their child. Selection of wine was not very wide and prices very high.

The bed was much too soft. It is understandable that there cold not be an option to choose from, but it could be at least a little more firm/hard.

Location is close to urban area (30min walking), although it feels that the property is completely surrounded by nature. Design is minimal and charming, a lot of beautiful plants everywhere. the sand beach is rocke at some areas, but there are also completely sandy areas too. the water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming, Staff ist so friendly and very supportive. I forgot my sunglasses on the beach one evening and couldn't find them in the lost and found box on the next day. But the staff member at the beach hut was so smart to search them in the bags of dirty towels from yesterday and we found them there. Thanks again! Or only issue was with the too soft bed. We prefer firm beds and this one was one of the softest we ever experienced.

this place was absolutely beautiful and one of the most of not the most relaxing stays we have ever had. the staff were the most friendly and welcoming people we have ever met and the food was absolutely amazing. we would 1000% recommend this stay to anyone!

Great hotel with a private beach. The water was amazing, clean and warm. Great breakfast, different options for dinner at the hotel. We had a great time at the cinema under the open sky. The bar area was quiet big to have a great time talking and not being disturbed.

The rooms were quite small and the rooms were not very separate (tricky if you’ve got multiple young children who wake at night), it would be great if there were more food options for children. Generally the food was quite expensive.

Really brilliant for young families, but still feels a bit discerning. Lovely swimming pools and beach. My little ones made lots of friends and there was a plethora of things for them to do. Everything is designed with children in mind, which makes it much more relaxing for parents.

Everything! The cleanliness, the people, the rooms, the beach, the pools, the restaurants. The relaxing, laid back vibe. Always somewhere to sit, rest, eat. The staff are amazing Andreas in the main bar and his team are wonderful, friendly people. The staff at the beach bar are super friendly. Cleaners are really good and assertive. Wonderful holiday! We will definitely be back again!

The prices of the food and drinks was a bit expensive. As we needed to eat everyday, i think it was a little overpriced. But we still liked it.

Amazing Hotel experience! The design, the thinking of every detail, it really felt warm and cozy. We had a great time. Loved the pools, the Italian restaurant, the kids club, the cats cafe, the organic garden was a bliss. Loved everything!
