AC didnt work despite them trying daily to fix it. The bathroom needs some updating, has all kind of small but annoying issues

Everything was great from the moment we arrived till the last minute! The reception staff was welcoming and friendly, providing all the information we needed. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel offers amazing views. Parking is available directly at the property. Staff (especially the hotel manager) is friendly and helpful.

The place is so beautiful and the room and the views are just amazing. We had a great time but without a doubt the best of all was the staff, absolutely all of them were incredible with us. We felt really good in this hotel ❤️. We will be back soon for sure!!

The breakfast was very standard lots of processed foods. Coffee was terrible orange juice from a machine and synthetic tasting. We were used to fresh squeezed orange juice in our previous hotel, home-made granola and freshly cooked omelettes, fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt. They did however, bring me Greek yoghurt as it was not served on the main breakfast buffet. Greece to me is all about feta cheese olives and Greek yoghurt, fruit and nuts.! Bit like having a full English breakfast hotel in the UK ! Our room was below the bar and every morning at 7 am, we were woken with somebody cleaning or moving chairs above us. Our room also seem to be filled with generator or fan noises. No kettle in the room to make beverages. We had one bottle of water , a large one upon arrival, but this was not replaced every day. The bathroom was dated a little dirty and really needed renovation. The room that we thought we were ordering online per the pictures was much nicer version with better Comfortable outdoor mattressed sunbeds. The card machine also was not available in the bar area so you had to go to reception to pay by card or put it to on your room .

Love the communal pool area very comfortable great view. Great bed super long and super comfortable. Great staff . Allowed early check-in and late checkout. Had a lovely snack time lunch menu and food was tasty. Amazing view. Greeted with a large iced orange squash in our room. Great restaurant 50 m down the hill so the position was fabulous. Very quiet area which is also lovely.

We had a big discount, without it both the room and the services wouldn't be good enough for the price. The breakfast has limited options and is always the same every day, quality of the products (e.g. cereals, jams, juices...) is not what you expect from an hotel like this. Despite being renovated, the room has some issues: the shower door is useless and water goes out (the bathroom door is already being damaged by it), one side of the wardrobe has humidity inside and drawers are not working, the air-conditioning is not working good. The private pool is cold (use it in the morning with the sun). The location is quite isolated, we recommend to rent a car.

Most of the place and the rooms are renovated and the outdoor areas are very beautiful. The view from every part of the hotel is stunning and the private infinity pool is amazing! The room and the bathroom are very big and comfortable, both the terrace with the pool and the inside are very clean. The staff is super friendly and helped us a lot with recommendations and bookings. The hotel is outside the town, chaos and crowds of tourists and has a free private parking, so is a relaxed base to explore the island by car.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable never felt refreshed after a nights sleep. The pillows were too big also. The breakfast was OK always cold, would recommend to use lids to keep the food warm/hot.

The location and the hotel itself was perfect, the views of the sunset and sunrise are the best ones we have saw through the island.

The dining was not good. Many menu items were not offered and the ambience could have been much better ( Tableclothes, candles, etc. Also many of the bathroom hangers were in need of maintenance and also the drawers on either side of the bed.

Shower cabin was not sealed well and took a bit of maneuvering to keep things a bit dry.

The pool in front of the room and the view was magical. Staff was very nice and willing to help arrange anything. Perfect for a relaxing trip to Santorini

Nothing at all it was perfect.

We loved everything. The property and facilities were exceptional. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially the day time bar man( wish i got his name), we loved his stories while making our drinks,he was very friendly and polite and made us feel very welcomed, he is definitely a credit to the staff. As for our room, it was beautiful, it was very spacious with some of the best views on the island, I planned on proposing to my now fiance at the heart of santorini but after seeing the stunning views I done it at the hotel before heading to dinner. Which brings me to the food, Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, I would highly recommend the chicken fillet with mushroom sauce it's to die for! All staff at this facility were perfect in every way, even the man that collects transfers was very helpful he provided us with a lot of information regarding the island. I would love to thank each of you guys for making our holiday that extra bit special. Everything about our holiday was made so much better by me choosing this hotel I highly recommend.

There was nothing about the property that I did not like. It was clean, comfortable and convenient.

The location of the property was perfect. From my suite I was able to view the sunset. The view I received had me speechless.
