We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful location, view from the balcony was stunning - you could see the sunrise, sunset & enjoy the atmosphere at night, I did not want to leave. The staff were great and I felt very safe as there is staff 24/7.

United KingdomThere was a lot of noise the first night we stayed at the hotel. Although the room had double glazed windows installed that cut most of the noise from the streets below, it did not prevent the noise coming from within the hotel. The second night was a lot calmer though.
The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. The room size was a little small for a 3 bed room size, but given the location, this was to be expected. The room was very clean and well looked after. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. We appreciated that we were offered a room with some view on the harbour, even if it was not the front of the hotel facing the harbour.

BelgiumThe building is unremarkable. It probably dates from the 70s and it shows. Compared to other hotels with similar, or only slightly higher prices, it is far less inviting.
The location in the old harbour of Chania is excellent, and our room had a balcony with a great view. The room was comfortable and quiet (given the noise outside).

Excellent location. Very near old Venetian Harbour,with partial views. In heart of the old city with wonderful narrow cobblestoned streets. Great variety of food options and near minimarts. Staff were on hand 24/7 were helpful and kind to me. Bathroom was compact but always clean and had tea and coffee making facilities. Happy to recommend to others.

Right in the heart of the old city. We had a balcony overlooking the harbour. Brilliant view and double glazed doors and shutters made the room silent for sleeping.
