The humidity on the floors made it slippery.

The location is ideal. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. It was easy to get to Fira and Oia. The local bus was very reliable, reasonable and just a 7 minute walk from the property. I highly recommend this location. It was great for 4 adults.

Our room had no window, so we had to open the door for ventilation.

The apartment had everything that we needed. It was comfortable and clean. Staff were specially warm and welcoming.

The bathroom design: I would suggest to put a curtain for the shower, as water can splash everywhere when having a shower. The sink in the bathroom is literally useless as the stream of water coming out of the tap is close to nothing. You can’t even wash your hands.

I think the shower heads could be cleaner, but the rooms do get cleaned daily which is good!

Lucia is incredibly friendly and give you tips to where to go and how to get there! She also organised our pick up and drop off to the airport and our car rental during our stay! Air conditioning was great too! Rooms were great size and bed is comfy.

Our jetted pool was much smaller than those pictured but as this was a reschedule, we couldn’t grumble too much and it did the job for a quick dip to cool down. be careful of the slippery stairs/ floor though.

Excellent location with easy access to the beach. Lucia was super kind and rescheduled our stay due to cancelled flights which she didn’t have to do, but we were really grateful for. Nice pool with close bar area.

We loved the people there. They are very nice and super helpful. Especially the owner's son and his cousin guided us every possible way. It was our first day staying at Greece and they treated us like family. They helped us to fix a car rental with a good price. If you rent a car you should definitely get their help.

I think it should have non-slippers on the steps of the private pool at the room's balcony and also it would be nice to have some hookers to hang up the towels in the toilete.

The villa is located close to the beach (7 min walk), but still in a quiet area. The pool has a beautiful view over the village and the sea. Lucia is very friendly and helped us with advice. The room was very clean

Very clean well equipped villa. The pool is great very refreshing. The host cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable a small stroll from everything totally enjoyable. The added vonus of a tub on your balcony we were a lil early and it wasnt filled but all in all a great place to stay.

We couldn't shower for 2 nights out of the 3, couldn't use the tap or toilet either as there was no water at all. We booked two single beds, arrived to a double despite booking a month in advance and they only notified us of this hours upon arrival. We tried calling the staff on their emergency contact number each night endless times with no answer. The receptionist was very rude to us when we made a complaint.

We had to pay some additional tax even though the booking confirmation said that all taxes were included in the price. Of course without any receipt from the cash register. The apartment including the bathroom had no window and the bathroom was running with salt water - you have to wash your teeth with mineral water. The cosmetics in the bathroom were three years past their expiration date (E.D. = expire date). Dirty bed linen - there were yellow stains on it. Problem with the fridge - could not regulate the temperature, this was addressed with the staff.

If you're looking for an unpretentious accommodation and your main reason is exploring the island and relaxing on the beach, this could be it. Location is in a quiet area overlooking the Chapel of Panagia Katefiani (I recommend a hike there), 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and square with bus stop (close to lots of restaurants and shops - 1 st Market). Possibility to park the car on the street. Air conditioning worked without problems, towel change every day, at check in the lady gave us information about the island. Nice swimming pool with sun loungers.On main street is very good bar - BOEM.
