My family & I had a wonderful stay at this lovely accommodation ( Loukas & Emma ) located in a quiet side of the island. The proximity to bars and restaurants made it very convenient to explore the local dining scene. The excellent bakeries nearby offered some of the best local produce, making our mornings delightful. The accommodation Manager Nicole was lovely and very helpful. She always checked on us and provided valuable information on local restaurants and places to visit. Her hospitality enhanced our overall experience and made us feel welcomed. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We liked everything about it, the property has everything you need and more, very clean and very close to Perissa beach where you can see the sunrise every morning. The hot tub was a hit. We liked the location, it wasn’t has busy has a Fira or Oia but it has lots of restaurants and bares around and it’s close enough that you can go by car or bus to those villages. I would definitely stay again if we come back to Santorini. Nicole was very helpful

Tips for improvements would be a full length mirror and for the bathroom to be updated but these would be my only thoughts as our stay was lovely!

The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. Nicole, the manager was extremely helpful and responsive before and during our break. Perissa is somewhere we had visited before so we knew the location and the apartment was very central and not far from the beach or the local restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket within a 3 min walk. All very nice.

We loved it. Beautiful property, walking distance from Perissa Beach (although I remted car). Clean jacuzzi bath tub and swimming pool. Access to property is very easy (unlike lot of others in Santorini) with parking right next to it.

The apartment manager is really helpful and was always available. We had a lot of problems with 1. Baby stroller getting lost at the airport 2. Cats bitting my hand 3. Our baby getting sick She had helped us at all cases and moments and also guided us what to do.

Our time in Loukas & Emma Houses was wonderful. Everything was great and Nicole was really nice, kind and helpful, making sure we had the best time in Santorini and helping us to find solutions such as tours, day trip on a boat with sunset dinner and renting a car, other than helping us planning the transfer from and to the airport. The room was cleaned everyday, the jacuzzi was perfect and the position was nice, near a market and a bakery. Definitely recommended and hoping to come back soon. Thank you

Location was very accessible to groceries, restaurants and the Perissa beach. The staff are also polite and helpful. Nicola the manager was very accommodating and will recommend the best things to do in the island. The apartment was very clean and they keep giving new towels to use. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and if I will go back I will definitely stay with them again.

Really nice and clean place with great rooms with everything what your needed for vacation or living there 🙂. Super supportive and nice staff and personal.Maximum 5 minutes walk too the beach.And 50m away from bus station. I really recommend this place too everyone who wanted too rent nice and pretty cheap place for all what they offering.

Hard to locate on the map . The pool is so cold even on a hot summer. The shower curtain, the water keep flooding out .

don't get me wrong, it's just something to be mentioned, not a complain. this nonflushing of toilet paper is a greek curse :-) Don't wash hands when someone takes a shower, water would go out of the floor.

Nicole was just outstanding. Organized everything, was so kind, even filmed a video how to get to our appartment. Towel available to be changed at any time - by the swimming pool - is the best feature I've ever met. Childern loved jacuzzi..
