Beautiful Hotel, stunning grounds

My only feedback was that my room was the attic "loft" at the top of the mansion with a small, steep, winding staircase with no rails and no elevator. I didn't realize that when I booked it. The mansion is amazing but that was a little tricky. Everything else was totally amazing!

The staff went over and above expectations to be helpful and kind. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast was great and the atmosphere is just wonderful. I can't wait to come back again and make it a stop for my groups too.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, hairs in the bath tub. Other than that everything was good

My favorite place in Mytilene to stay. Lovely facilities, very nice owner, helpful staff and wonderful location. The amazing breakfast is a big spread with many homemade choices included. The sea water pool is incredibly refreshing after a hot day outside. Try the cherry cognac out by reception. It’s a delightful wind down to your day sipping it out by the pool. I can’t wait to go back.

Loft room had tiny windows you couldnt look out of and because of the roof angle the shower could only be used by someone the size of a hobbit. Not the hotels fault but had we known we would have booked a different room

Location was a little further from the center than we thought

There is no elevator. Their spiral stairs are quite steep. I got the attic room so it wasn't great climbing these stairs with all my luggage. The shower and toilet is lower than the rest of the room, so I had to remember to watch my step carefully when entering the toilet. The "partial sea view" may seem attractive, but the roof window is super foggy so it's hard to see through, and you have to stand on the couch to reach this window. The room is not soundproof, you hear all the cars and noise from outside.

The hotel is near the airport (around 2km) so it's convenient when you land in Mytilene late in the evening or have an early flight to catch. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they booked the taxi for me during my whole stay. They offer a nice variety for breakfast. The attic room is spacious, warmly-lit, and cutely decorated. The bed is really big with lots of pillows. It was quite hot so I appreciate the air-conditioner. They have a cute orange cat.

Since we stayed in the attic, we could see the sky through a small Window.

The historical texture of the mansion where you stay is preserved. It was a very praceful, quiet and pleasent facility.

It would be beneficial to pay more attention to general cleaning rules. The coffees were weak in taste. I would have preferred the eggs to be warm and not overcooked.

Breakfast consists of various products. Pastry, jam and other desserts were delicious. The room where breakfast was served was very authentic and enjoyable. The historical texture of the mansion where you stay is preserved. It is a very peaceful, quiet and pleasant facility. The receptionist was calm and did his job well. Check in and check out was quick.

Our stay at this hotel was incredible! The staff provided us with excellent service from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality and helpfulness were truly commendable. The room cleanliness was impeccable, and they promptly and politely accommodated every request we had. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, being close to the city center was very convenient for us. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to everyone!

Actually everything was excellent. We have only a little disappointed about absence of olives in breakfast. :) Upcoming Lesvos guests may want to try the product of main flora.

The main building and the garden were really nice. They give you peaceful feelings. Beside this our room was well designed and comfortable too.

The breakfast was a little limited in choice and became repetitive. The pool pump was quite loud. Soft music was playing until 10:30, although it was soothing, sometimes it could be a little repetitive and annoying.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and eager to please. We were nice and close to the pool. The hotel is an amazingly beautiful building.

Further from the centre, but near the airport.

Beautiful House and rooms, great bed we got a free upgrade to a better room with a sea wiew. Very kind girl on the reception helped us with calling a taxi also. Great stay.
