Our AC was not working so it was rather warm in our room. We did let the staff know, but also acknowledge that some things do take a little longer to fix. This wouldn't make me not book again, though.

Thank you to the Locandiera team for a stunning stay. Awesome location, excellent pre-booking communication, attentive host (Angela) at breakfast time, super comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What didn’t you like? I would like to have stayed for more than one night! But there is nothing about this property that I did not like.

The location is superb and easily accessible by Taxi although you will need to walk up a very short small pathway. The breakfast is fine and the coffee is outstanding! We arrived during the June heat wave in 2024 and I was concerned that the AC would not be sufficient due to the size of our beautiful room. I need not have worried! The AC was more than capable of cooling the space and we had a great night’s sleep during one of the hottest nights of the year Book with confidence, like me, you prefer powerful AC!

Loved the decor. The staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was lovely. The location is 1 minute from the main square with taxis there. A minute in the opposite direction brings you straight into the heart of the old town of Corfu. Amazing location. Very clean, great facilities. Highly recommend

Nothing. Breakfast was lovely every morning. They made us gorgeous scrambled eggs every morning with tomatoes and feta cheese.

Our room was great. King sized bed and 2 singles in mezzanine. Also had small kitchenette. Location was superb. Take a left from front door and beautiful stroll throughout the old town.

Everything! Such a perfect quiet location beside the park and an airy cool top floor room. Clean and so comfortable. Angela and her team were so friendly and welcoming - breakfast wsd like hanging out with friends with delicious food - Angela's strapitsada (eggs, feta, tomato) was divine and she can freshly make anything with eggs- fresh bread from the local bakery and homemade jams etc etc!! Highly recommend for a visit to beautiful Corfu Town

Could do with some more storage-drawers or wardrobes-in the bedrooms. However for a short stay this is a small observation.

A lovely place run by lovely people. The location is fantastic; right at the end of the Liston. Just six traditional style rooms, but fully equipped with sink, fridge, toiletries and comfortable beds. Plus a fresh bottle of mineral water every day. You must try the Greek scrambled eggs for breakfast-cooked by Angela 😊

The place was literally just a few steps from the Spianada. A few minutes walk from Saroko Square, the Old Fort and oodles of restaurants to choose from. Corfu Town is so gorgeous with its Venetian influence. The island is a delight with its lush greenery compared to starker regions in the south of the country and the people on the island are so friendly. The ladies looking after us at Locandiera exemplified this same friendship. Our breakfasts were great. Our room (On the third floor. Be sure you don’t mind climbing stairs.) was large and super clean. No majestic views out picture windows from this location but you make up for it with great hosts and a central location! You walk out the door and are in the old town. Point to note if you’re thinking of renting a car: parking anywhere in Corfu Town is total nightmare. You “might” find a spot, but you’ll look a looooong time. We rented a car two days and actually rode the bus for ~10 minutes out to the airport and rented a car each day to see the countryside. Finding a parking place wasn’t worth the hassle. Lacondiera, great place! Definitely recommend.
