Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is our third stay at Twin Superior Suites over the last three years and we enjoyed it just like we did the first time we visited. Panayiota, who was our host did a fabulous job of making us feel at home and politely offering to accommodate our needs during our stay. We booked well in advance just to be sure of availability as the property is always in high demand. No doubt, when in Thessaloniki, we will surely stay at Twin Superior Suites again.

The apartament looks really nice, got everything you need and more. Feels like home, it's very clean and some complimentary snacks are a nice surprise.

LuxembourgEverything was amazing in this apartment. It has all you need to feel like home. excellent decoration with everything in a position to optimize comfort and maximize space efficiency. The bed is very comfortable and the living is cosy with a comfortable couch. The kitchen has everything that you need. In general, it feels like being in your own cosy appartement. Location is convenient and the host, Panagiota very professional, helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this option when visiting Thessaloniki.

The apartment was comfortable, very well equipped and with plenty of room to spread out. Everything had been thought of, even a little umbrella in case it rained. There were lots of shops and places to buy snacks.nearby. It was a short walk to the waterfront and museums.

United KingdomThe location is very convenient to walk to town or take a bus. There is 24/7 mini market across the road and a pharmacy and many bakeries or supermarket nearby. The flat is confy, nice decorated and clean. There is 24/7 warm water and heating if it is winter or aircon for the summer period. Wi fi is pretty good as two people managed to work from home without any issues. They provide some snacks and a small wine to welcome you. Also, you can find iron, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel etc. Hosts are very friendly and open to discuss and help you. Prompt responses.

IsraelThe entrance hall, stairwell and elevator were clean but very old and require renovation. This did not matter so much because the apartment itself was wonderful.
The apartment was newly renovated and well designed. It was clean, comfortable and fully equiped. The host was pleasant and helpful. She helped us with our luggage on arrival, left us initial supplies in the apartment and recommended places to visit and restaurants. The location was close to the waterfront, a 7 minute walk from the white tower and therefore great for exploring the city.

*Well appointed apartment. Included paper towels, napkins, some snacks, tea, coffee, travel toiletries. *Comfy bed, great shower, close to several grocery stores, shops and bakeries. *Short walk to many places. White Tower, museums 10-15 minutes Old Town, Markets 30 minutes *Taking a cab is quite reasonable. To train station 6€... across town 5€. Beat app works well. Uber is integrated into the cab system. *Great local restaurants within 15 minute walk.

GreeceThe apartment is at one of the busiest intersections of Thessaloniki Centre. It is on the second floor - so close to the street noise. The balcony overlooks this intersection and the traffic never stops. It was extremely noisy, the noise was constant and deep, always in the background, despite soundproof windows. In addition to this, from our third morning, drilling started at 8.45 a.m. through till 8.00 p.m. in the evening. This continued for 4 days until we left. It was a building zone and on the last morning there was a shower of rocks and rubble falling past our bedroom window onto the back balcony. Panayiota did offer us a discount as an apology but our stay was already ruined and money couldn't compensate that for us.
Panayiota, our host, really understands the Greek concept of Filoxenia (love and respect for the guest). Everything was thought of within the apartment. It was spotless and functional, very comfortable.
