A coffee machine will be a great value. Another thing that I do not like is that I had to deal with noisy neighbours by myself. Nobody explains to the guests that there are night hours when you cannot make any noises . The fridge in our room was noisy as it was about to go off!

Nice place,located in a lagoon in front of the diaporos island with a huge garden in front where you can meet the sunrise. Minutes away from Vourvouru and all the restaurants and shops. Clean and big rooms, comfortable beds and the kitchen has all you need. There is also a barbeque in the garden. The dishes are new. I will definitely come again.

The beds were big but not completely comfortable. The place needs a deep cleaning as some of the kitchen was visibly dirty, especially for taller people

The location is amazing when it comes to the beach. However, keep in mind a car is needed for any purchase, including water to drink. The room was nice, with amazing view.

Located in the tranquil Sithonia Peninsula, a preferred destination for those seeking peace, the property is conveniently close to the nearest town of Vourvourou, almost within walking distance. While the town offers shopping centres, restaurants, and bars to meet your needs, it is not a bustling metropolis. This peninsula seems to revolve around tranquillity, serenity, and natural beauty. Our accommodation was situated right next to the Fteroti lagoon. You could step into the water just 15 steps away from your room. Although the water level in the lagoon (we were there in July) doesn't go beyond waist level and doesn't provide a typical beach experience, it served as a fantastic playground for children and offered us a unique nature experience. Our room had a compact summer cottage vibe, featuring a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the lady who greeted us at the reception was very kind.

- A small cabinet in the bathroom would be very handy for placing personal and intimate stuff. - Also a plastic drape for the shower would help the guests to avoid showering the entire bathroom - Some very small ants are visiting the rooms constantly looking for crumbles and sweets. Of course, they are harmless

The balcony view was fantastic. You could get out of the house and into the water in 1 minute. The water was perfect for kids, with no waves. It was clean and the beach was not crowded because there are not many houses nearby.

Friendly host and great accommodation. Location is just perfect. The view from the balcony is terrific, looking to a beautiful garden with olive trees and beach. A few steps from the beach you may access two sandy islands.

The place is outside of town and had to drive for coffee and breakfast everyday. Also the sea in front looked very tempting but it turned out to be ankle deep for meters inside.

There is a pothole on the road at the hotel entrance. There is no shower cabinet . Coffee machine is missing.
